Went for wing night. The last few times we have gone, there have been errors to our order. This time there were also errors to our bills. The server was not very attentive and did not check in.

Dry ribs were too salty, ordered a drink with dry ice, they didn’t have dry ice…. Yet still charged 13.99. Didn’t have beef dip. On a MONDAY….. was there for my daughter’s birthday. 3rd year we’ve spent at the brew house. Ordered her birthday shot, and it came as a drink….. I’ve been eating here for more than 5 years, and this had to be the worst. But our waitress was the BOMB!

It is time to renovate. Ripped benches and chairs need replacing. Service limited due to the hockey game.more servers was needed.

In with a large party but service times were so bad. Drinks were taking 20’minutes between rounds. There was 12 of us at the table and we all ordered food at the same time. The time between the first persons food arriving at the table and the last four people’s food being delivered was 17 minutes. Most people were finished eating before the last of us got our food. I had a steak sandwich ordered rare and it was well done (not even close to medium or medium well) and my sons boneless wings came out as bone-in regular wings so they had to be sent back after waiting for a server to come back ten minutes later. I didn’t even get a quality check so I had to suck it up and eat the well done steak.

Unfortunately we were never able to use our reservation. My son was playing in a very popular soccer tournament and knowing how busy the town would be we made reservations in advance to be able to have a nice lunch between games on Father’s Day. When we arrived it was busy, chaotic and messy with next to no quality customer service. We did go to our seats quite quickly but were left sitting for over 10 minutes before I called over a server. We were told that the kitchen wait was over an hour and a half because soccer teams kept coming in. This was quite disappointing since we had made a reservation which they were unable to handle in a reasonable time frame because they had seated large groups they couldn’t handle. It was clearly poor management/staffing/customer service on a predictably busy weekend.

Worse Brewhouse in Alberta! Never enough staff and this day was no exception. After waiting forever to be noticed we ordered drinks, pop, water and coffee, only half of us got drinks and we never saw waitress again. After being ignored for 15 minutes we left, won’t be back

Super happy with our time at the brewhouse in Okotoks! It was my dad’s birthday and I brought in cupcakes… when it was time to bring them out, they put lit candles on them, which was so nice! Excellent service! Good food! Thanks

Our waitress was literally the worst waitress I have ever had going out in my entire life. I booked a reservation for 9 people 6:30pm. It took her 15 minutes to come up and take our drink orders. It took another 20 for our drinks to come out. My 2 friends order a beer a couple minutes after us and it took 50 minutes for theirs to come and we had to ask the manager for their drinks. The waitress then lied and said the drinks must of been brought to the wrong table . 1) we were sitting right next to the bar so we saw no drinks being poured and 2) she never came to check on our table , if she did she would of seen the drinks not there instead of us waiting 50 minutes for a beer. Our food come out an hour after we sat down . And we were missing 2 items. It took the waitress another 20 to check on our table and we told her our wings were still missing . We saw her walk to the tablet and type in a new order of wings because she never rang them through the first time. She then comes back to the table and lies again saying they must of been brought to the wrong table. How many times are you going to use the same exuse ? Maybe check on your tables faster so if you did screw up you can fix it in a good time. Also we are patient people and understanding. But lying to us ? Come on we aren’t stupid. Own up to your mistakes. Then the bills come, she has to reprint our bills 4 times because she kept messing up. We ended up being at the brewhouse for almost 3 hours because of how poor the service was. I will never be coming back and that waitress should think about finding a new job. Thank you to the manager for apologizing and giving us free shots and a discount at least
