Our one-of-a-kind Canadian themed sports bar & grill has an extensive menu of appetizers, entrees, drinks and amazing specials every night of the week. You’ll note our Canadian decor starts right when you walk up to our huge Inukshuk at our doors and continues throughout the restaurant in a “cheeky” Canadian fashion. We've been to CBH many time and have has great food so was excited to go there for Valentines day. We had the special, 7oz steak, shrimp skewer, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a 6oz glass of wine. Steak was good, cooked just right, shrimp was good flavored but cold, mashed potatoes were okay until I found a piece of chicken or at least that is what I'm telling myself, vegetables were cold and glass of wine was the cheapest on the menu. Very disappointing. It's going to be awhile before we go back again.

I had a reservation and booked the time accordingly to go along with movie plans after dinner. The food came quick, there was a hockey game on. We were quite content to stay but the server made us feel rushed and kept interrupting with the payment machine. So I paid…. And he didn’t come back to refill our drinks…. So we left much earlier than we anticipated. Just poor service rushing us out of there to fill his section again with a new customer. Makes the current people sitting there feel under valued. Note we were only there for an hour …

It was busy due to trivia and wing night, which made having a reservation very useful. A booth was requested if possible on the reservation, and this was achieved. Waitress was very knowledgeable and followed up appropriately. She turned the TVs by our table to the trivia channel seeing that we were partaking in the trivia night, which made it really useful to better see without having to look around the place.

We booked the Brew Bus for the Oilers Game. We arrived early so we could have dinner before the bus left. The bus was supposed to come at 630 but it never came! There were only two of us that were taking the bus so my thought is they didn't book it. We scheduled and paid for the bus tickets a day in advance (plenty of time for the Brewhouse to know they wouldn't fill a bus). They sent us in an uber to the game. Did NOT provide a way to get back after the game. Did NOT refund us our bus tickets. Did NOT cover even a portion of the food for the trouble. Made it to Rogers AFTER puck drop. Horrible customer service. DO NOT BOOK HERE FOR OILERS NIGHTS.
