First time at The Canadian Brewhouse last night and I had expected more. The food was nothing to write home about - lacklustre at best. Service was slow, rude and unhelpful when asked questions. We had a wobbly table and were made to feel like a nuisance when we asked napkins or coasters to help. Overall, I won’t be running back anytime soon.

Great service that was SO fast and SO attentive. The food was delicious and the prices were great.

All of the staff were very polite and helpful, however our server did not check up on us very much to refill our drinks. We had to ask the managers and other waitresses to accommodate us. And our food took a bit longer than expected.

Beer is a bit overpriced unless you go for the special. Don’t let the size of the tankard fool you. Wings were excellent.

Attended a work meeting here. Atmosphere was great; 69-cent wing deal was great value; and service was excellent! Will definitely consider having future meetings here!

Came on a work lunch with 10 people, we had an amazing time food was great, can't wait to come back again and try something new.

Wonderful service from Abby, Emma and Grayson! Food was excellent value. Please confirm level of doneness of steaks as 3 steaks were undercooked. Medium well was medium rare. Medium was Rare and Rare was quite blue/cold center. Love the atmosphere and happy people!

One of the best Sport bar in the Waterloo Region. Love the vibe of the restaurant. Matt does a very good job managing and Brooklyn is one our favorite servers. The patio is also amazing. Everyone needs to check this restaurant out.

Service was great and the servers were friendly. Food was okay but there was little flavour to the blackened chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries that I ordered. To be fair, I had a gluten free bun, which I realize is hard and dry, but the sandwich was definitely missing most of the necessary sauce needed for taste. The fry sauce provided was not the usual dipping sauce for sweet potato fries and didn’t taste good with them. Worth noting they’ve only been open a month and I’m sure they’re still working out some kinks. The atmosphere is great for a fun night out!

This was my first time at The Canadian Brewhouse-Kitchener as it has only been open for a little over a month. The food was good and the prices seem to be in the same range as other restaurants that would fall in the same category of sports bar/pub. I had the Canadian Burger with fries and my friend had the CBH Donair with a tossed salad. We both were happy with our choices. The restaurant has recently opened and that was evident as the servers that we dealt with were having some trouble locating items on the devices that are used to input orders as well as not being familiar with pops that are available. The first cup of coffee that my friend received was barely warm and looked more like tea, the replacement was steaming hot and darker in colour. Although, there were a few hiccups while we were there, the staff was friendly and fixed any problems we encountered in a reasonable time. I will not be rushing back there anytime soon but I will possibly give them another try when they get more experience.
