Went to Brewhouse for Superbowl. Good time. Shelby our server was great. Food was good and drinks were cold

Met friends for lunch and three of us had the steak sandwich special. While the steak had good flavour, we all thought it was very tough difficult to chew. The server was great which almost made up for the tough steak.

Food was great. Everyone was happy with their meals. Top marks to the kitchen. Our server was pleasant and friendly but not attentive. We couldn’t tell if the team was short staffed as we only saw 2-3 servers looking after tables. However, that said our server seemed more interested in the table behind us. She stopped there several times to chat with a person in the side but only came by once to check on us. She seems to know the person. She wasn’t the also team member who stopped in multiple times to chat but not touch our table. It took about 20 min to get our check, we had to ask the other server. Also this not the first time I’ve experienced a server giving more attention to a table of friends, co-workers or someone they knew over a table I’ve been at. In fact my best service has been when I’ve been on my own versus coming in with my family. Food and beer selection are great and we want to come back so hopefully we can see this improved.

Took 45 minutes for the special ribeye steak and a salad. The ribeye was tough. The waitress was lovely though.

I booked online, the only page did not asked about minors just how many people. I booked for, because we are 4 people in the family. I booked 8:15pm, when we came in, the waitress said to us, its not allowed to let us in, because we have a ten year old son with us. We should go to Boston Pizza she said. Unbelievable!!!!! If you have a booking online side, then you should aware, who can come in the restaurant and who not.

Disappointed as usual. Servers dropped off food with no napkins/cutlery. Expecting to eat omelette with my hands? Sat at wood. Bartender was busy, place was 80% full inside, same old story, “we’re busy, we’re short handed”. Food is mediocre crap for a chain restaurant no options to accommodate dietary needs. Servers were young and lacked experience. You want beer and expect nothing else, go to CBH Cochrane. You want real value, quality and service… haha look elsewhere. Hey management, if you’re going to host an event, have loads of customers reserved and you know it’s going to busy… BE PREPARED!!! If you want better service, more diversified menu and a sprinkle of service, Original Joes would be in the same catagory and comparable, except, they actually try to give great service unlike CBH.
