We went on a Friday evening and sat on the patio. Ignored for about 15 minutes before my friend alerted a waitress. Service was good from there onward. Food was barely warm. We had steak bites and a poutine. The steak was just ok but at least 4 pieces didn't get eaten because they were very grisly. Poutine was incredibly bland. The gravy tasted like nothing. Drinks were very good and so was dessert.

Yesterday I took my wife and kids for the Mother’s Day brunch, and thought that I better book a reservation as it would be very busy. Using OpenTable, I tried to book a reservation starting at 11 AM and the first one available was 3:15 PM I took that one thinking that the restaurant must be mostly sold out due to special Occasion. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty and When I asked why I couldn’t book an earlier reservation she said they had reached the limit of how many reservations they could book at one time, even though the place was completely empty. The next issue was that my daughter ordered the sliders, and after about 15 minutes, waitress came back and said they had no buns for those sliders so I asked if they could just substitute the cheeseburger and no additional cost, and a few minutes later, she came back and said they could. then about 10 minutes after she came back again and said that the manager had overruled the first person who said they could make that substitution and that my daughter would have to select something else. So nobody had been run in for about 30 minutes. When my chicken and waffles arrived, and my wife’s hammer slammer, everything was overcooked, and appeared to have been sitting for quite some time . This was a complete disappointment as the last time we had been there. Everything has been very good. At this point we had already been there almost an hour so we did not bother saying anything. I just paid And Left. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

Food took a very long time to arrive, 55 minutes. When it arrived it was only like warm. One plate was very cold, eggs benny. Was returned to have the second one cold as well. This person sat there watching the rest of us eat our meals as he was fed up with the entire ordeal. Not a pleasant experience! Made us all uncomfortable eating in front of him. We all should have returned our meals but after waiting so long it was pointless

Huge Thank You to the StafF. You guys were awesome! Our group had ended up being much larger than I had accounted for! And the staff were more than accommodating! Being hockey and UFC night it was jam packed and the staff did absolutely Rocked it! Keep up the good work guys! - the crew in the 80s attire!

We were a party of 5 and we all got the prime rib steak special which was really good everybody was satisfied
