Was a little saddened by this today when we have been waiting to come here for my birthday. There was a cute birthday card on the table, but nothing of the sort was ever mentioned by any of the staff. The waiter never refilled our glasses, really only came to the table when realizing it had been 20 minutes since he had last been there, and just overall felt very ignored. We were a party of 5, so it was quite a sad experience. The restaurant is gorgeous and the desserts were wonderful. However, I feel like for the service you would expect; we were let down.

The Cake Bake Shop is a beautiful venue and the service is fantastic. My wife had the Black Swan Espresso Martini and she loved it. Crab cakes? Two of them for $50! They were OK, but not worth the price. I had the Chicken Salad sandwich on a croissant which was $26. Again, nothing to write home about and the price point was too high. The Key Lime Pie and Chocolate Cake we had for dessert were great, and the price points again ran high. For drinks and dessert, I’d rate it as a “try again”, but for a full meal I’d say pass. There are better deals and meals to be had on Disney property.

Worth the wait for getting to see this simply beautiful restaurant. Food was so good! I had the Croque Monsieur sandwich which was a huge portion and delicious !! French onion soup and the broccoli quiche was had by another one of my dining companions and they also thoroughly enjoyed their meal as well. Drinks were also exceptional. Now for the desserts, simply amazing, we tried the Champagne raspberry cake, and the Gwendolyn Chocolate cake and not only were they huge portions but soooo delicious !! I know people complain about the prices, but I am a true believer, you get what you pay for and everything from the ambiance, to the service and food were all top notch. WE will definitely be going back again.

The food here is very good and the setting is beautiful. The restaurant was busy but not overly loud. We will return.

Stunningly beautiful and charming venue. Gracious and attentive staff. Everything from the decor, the attire of the staff, the table setting and even the menu itself showed attention to detail. Nice assortment of soups, salads and entrees on the menu. All food was house made, delicious and well plated. The desserts not only looked pretty, but were also lusciously delicious and large enough to share. Oh my gosh, the desserts were sprinkled with fairy dust! Delightful! All things in consideration, it was an excellent value. The four of us were allowed to enjoy a lovely and leisurely luncheon. ( Heavy sigh. ) We were so very pleased to treat our out of country guests to this exceptional restaurant.

The idea of this restaurant is nice, however we had a picky eater adult in our party who wasn’t allowed to order off the kids menu, or order an adult portion of items on the kids menu. Another member of our party asked for their sandwich plain and did not receive it that way. The restaurant was more than happy to correct the mistake but it took another 10-15 minutes to replace the ham sandwich. We had started lunch by discussing how excited we were to try the cakes and cookies but after our poor experience opted to skip dessert. The restaurant does a good job at attempting to deliver excellent elegant service, but forgot some basic services

We try to provide options for even the pickiest eater. We have recently added both adult sized butter noodles, and adult size grilled cheese.
