This was a great experience. The staff was very professional, attentive and genuinely seemed to love their job. The food was good. The meat was seasoned well but the veggies needed more seasoning. I didn’t give them 5 stars since the portion sizes were very small.

We went for Brunch and had the Filet/eggs and French Toast. The cappuccino and coffee was perfecto! Our overall experience was fantastic. The server was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and every detail was intentional. It's a little pricey but definitely worth the treat.

Staff was lovely & friendly. Decor is outstanding, it’s just so beautiful! Good food & drinks. Looking forward to going back!

Service was slow on New Years Day. Take forever for our food to come out

We had made an early dinner reservation on New Years Eve. We had asked in the reservation for a quieter area of the restaurant, expecting it to be busy, and because my husband has hearing issues. The man at the reception desk acted like he wouldn’t be able to accommodate us at first…though the restaurant was far from full at this point. Then he seated us at a table just inside the door, closest to the reception desk. We complied, but soon found it very unsatisfactory. First it was cold with the door opening often, plus it was not quiet. The table was so wide too, so that neither myself or my husband could hear each other. We asked the man at the desk to reseat us. He said he could, but we would have to “be out of there” by 5:45, for a reservation at that time. Wow! We assured him that we would. (And we were.) We were then seated along the wall in a booth. There were a few booths still open. It was a very comfortable and quieter location. After that, our experience was wonderful. Our server, Jason, was outstanding!! He was attentive, pleasant, and checked on us often. He made us feel welcome and cared for. Our drinks were wonderful, the appetizer and entrees delicious. Presentation and service were excellent! This was my husbands first time at The Cage. He was not convinced it was a great place initially, but The Cage wait staff and kitchen more than made up for the initial encounter with the all too important posing man at the front desk. I did not get his name, but will avoid him if possible when we return. First impressions matter.
