The Café is a concept born of our family’s belief that a community is stronger when it gathers to celebrate, discuss ideas, relax, and enjoy. Our unique downtown location and partnership with the newly renovated United Theatre will yield an endless number of these memorable experience opportunities for years to come. The design of our venue, menus and service are a proper mix of aspirational and comfortable.

This was the 1st time we dined at The Cafe and could not believe we had never been before. It was amazing! Charlie the bartender made an excellent espresso martini and the westerly cocktail was so different, refreshing & delicious! Our table was ready right on time for our reservation and Jennifer our server was friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. Each one of our party ordered appetizers & salad which consisted of the meat & cheese board, oysters Morgan & grilled Cesar salad. Each one was better than the other. Our meals arrived quickly & hot. The presentation was lovely and great portion size. We had the prosciutto wrapped meatloaf, salmon, ny strip steak and cioppino. Each one of us was anxious to try the others meals which were all simply delicious! We can’t wait to return again & again & again!

The host was great. Very gracious. Handled our wine perfectly. It was a lovely evening and we’ll definitely go back again. Food was creative and very tasty. Server was terrific.

Stephan and Lisa were not working tonight, but the host was excellent, his name was David or Mark. Food was excellent. I had the Stripper Bass over chick beans.

We finally made it to the Cafe and had a great meal and friendly good service. I had the pan seared bass which was perfectly cooked and was able to substitute broccoli rabe for the check peas due to a dietary restriction. We also enjoyed the carrot “snack” delicious baked carrots in a tahini sauce with succulent pomegranate and also the tune poke which was also very tasty and beautifully served. My wife also enjoyed the beet salad with a serving of perfectly cooked broccoli rabe. It was also great to have some regional draft beers to choose from. I enjoyed a RI beer- though forgot the name! The only suggestion- put the beers on the online menu!

Your man was on point wishing us a happy anniversary as we walked in the door. The corner table was a real nice touch. The server wished happy anniversary as well. The food was great. We had the best wild mushrooms with the potatoes and striped bass.
