The restaurant serves an array of fresh, hearth baked pizzas to astounding homemade pasta selections and grilled to perfection steak, chops and seafood. Experience the “Cabin” cuisine with items prepared to perfection on our premises or you may request our Spa menu for the nutritional & wellness conscious palate. When weather permits, outdoor dining is available on our Cabin Patio. The Cabin Lounge features full service beverages at an 1840’s solid mahogany bar.     I'm sorry to say that we did not have a good experience this time. We did not get our table until 50 minutes after our reservation time, which was 6:30. Then, we sat for a full 15 minutes with no water and no server. My husband finally got up at 7:35 to request a server and one eventually came. The first appetizer brought to our table arrived at 8:15, an hour and 45 minutes after our original reservation time. We were never offered bread. We were never offered to be given anything comped. We even paid for my daughter's birthday dessert. It was a very expensive evening and we were at the restaurant for well over three hours. Although it was beautifully decorated, I'm not sure I can go back again.

    Great server! Beautiful Christmas ambience! The food is very average, but we don’t come for that. It’s a Christmas wonderland! A tradition we always look forward to!

    The atmosphere is what brought us in. The Christmas decorations are beautiful! However, we were very disappointed with the food. It’s average at best. Pricey steaks with poor meat quality. We came from Mentor and will likely not visit again.

    Our family has a yearly tradition of celebrating Christmas at The Cabin. This year, however, our experience was disappointing. After waiting for an hour and a half, we had only received water. We had ordered Brie as an appetizer, and after inquiring about its status, the manager was called to our table. The manager's response was both rude and dismissive, claiming that the kitchen was overwhelmed and that our request was unreasonable. We believe that it is not unreasonable to expect to receive food within an hour and a half, especially considering our polite and patient approach. The situation worsened when, after two hours, the manager informed us that they were unable to fulfill our order and were asking other tables to leave. There was no apology or any attempt to accommodate us. Given our long-standing tradition of dining at The Cabin, this year's experience was incredibly disappointing. It's shocking that a restaurant would be unable to provide any food to its customers.

    Beautiful all year, but at Christmas it is absolutely amazing. We didn't want to leave. The fireplace added warmth.

    Get the chicken parm!!! Two of the folks at our table got the chicken parm and boy was it amazing; so crispy and the sauce sweet, thick, and perfect. The short ribs were dry and the chicken in the alfredo was dry. The "signature" dessert - some kind of fried angel food cake was terrible - it was burnt - not friend - just awful. And our server as sweet and beautiful as she was - had too many tables and not enough help. And at one point after we requested drinks for a second time - she asked us to remind her about them after she took a huge table order. No one walked around to bring or fill waters or bring bread - she was pretty much left on her own. We had to ask about dessert btw - it wasn't offered. And somehow they ran out of Coke. We love the ambience at the Cabin especially this time of year - they go all out on the decorations - maybe they should use that money for more help.

    Every December we take an evening to have dinner at The Cabin. This year all four dinners and drinks were perfectly prepared down to the detail of perfect green beans. Service was extremely good by everyone from the time we came in the door. And the decorations and atmosphere are always magical and the main reason we make at least one trip out there around Christmas.

    the truck did not come? and many items on the menu were not available. we had a reservation and did not want to go to another restaurant. the martini and wine were excellent and so was the service. ambiance is beautiful with the winter decorations.

    The Cabin is a wonderful holiday experience. The decorations are amazing. I can only think that the management has let these poor employees down. They were out of food, ketchup and I felt horrible for the employees. They were only the messengers.
