We made a reservation for inside and we were sat outside because inside was too full. They said they would move us inside, but it was after we already finished eating. My friend didn’t get her cocktail until after we finished eating. And by cocktail I mean her first cocktail not a second round the first drink she ordered before the food. Our mac & cheese came out before our charcuterie board, which was fine. The charcuterie was just slapped on the table and last time my server was amazing and she completely explained everything to us. It was nice to see what kind of meats and cheeses and jams everything was. It sucked that we didn’t get there so I had to go over what everything was to my friends as I’ve been here before. I was excited to bring my friends here to show them the amazing place and I’m upset that we didn’t get the same kind of experience I got before. The server attempted to justify our bad service by her having a large party, but this was just unfair that we were treated less than. Yes we were young girls, but we are all servers and we know how to tip when we are given good service and we were absolutely not given good service whatsoever. I have been many times before but sadly wont return.

We loved the C House! Had dinner here last night. The ambiance was cozy and unique, food was amazing and our server Taylor was fantastic! We had the carbonara gnocchi, mushroom ravioli, cheese curd fries, and Oreo cheesecake. Best cheesecake I’ve ever had. We go out to eat a lot and this has been one of our top 3 experiences in Tampa so far!! They truly care here. Thank you C House!

Selected table inside when booking reservation but was told none were available when we arrived. Had to smell truck exhaust for several minutes while eating as parking lot buts up to outdoor seating. Service was slow.

great little spot! Had a bit of confusion over my reservation for inside seating but the staff made it right! had a great time with a few friends and the food was wonderful. (The male manager could learn a bit from the wait staff on politeness and tone)

Our server Jennifer was outstanding and the staff seemed happy to be there very friendly. Food was well prepared and presented and the environment was great. I always have a good experience here.

I am not one to write bad reviews. In fact, I find them not as helpful because most of the time the complaints are simply too broad. They are usually from people who have only been to a place one time and are simply looking to complain as well. This is isn’t one of those reviews. I’ve been to C House no less than a dozen times and each time the experience is poor or mediocre at best. The food is simply uninspired and lazy. The carbonara gnocchi is basically a fried piece of bacon with a fried egg on top of gnocchi. There are so much better ways to incorporate these two ideas into one and it’s done as if you’re at a diner. The mushroom ravioli is an overwhelming amount of different flavors none of which are cohesive. The crab dip is over salted and the toast points aren’t toasted. I’d rather just come here for a glass of wine and sit outside. I’m blue in the face from trying to give this place an opportunity but every time it has been a letdown the food has been mediocre or the service has been trash. I’ve sent back dishes and it comes back out as Mediocre.
