This is my second time dining at this restaurant. If you are in Minneapolis, I would highly recommend this restaurant. Overall great experience. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Food is great as well.

Food was excellent with, funnily, being a steak place, plenty options for those who don’t eat beef or pork. We will be back. Also, for those with a desire for smaller portion sizes, our server was not annoyed that we ordered an app for an entree (the crab cake) along with a full entree and sides/salads to round out the meal. Nice wine selections too.

I travel a lot and eat at a lot of excellent restaurants and the butchers tail did a great job. They had some really unique appetizers that were amazing. The meat for the steaks was absolutely top quality and some of the best I’ve had in a while. I would say it’s a must stop if you’re gonna have steak in Minneapolis.

My wife and I enjoyed your hospitality. Food was cooked perfectly and was also delicious. The service was great and the server was attentive and polite. The only negative I would say about the visit is the small table that we were sat. I had asked for something bigger and was told that it wasn’t attainable because of reservations. Now I booked the first available slot at 5:00p when the restaurant opened and we were the first guests into the establishment. You couldn’t accommodate a bigger table at that time? Upon our departure at 6:00p there were only about 12 people in the establishment besides us with plenty of open tables and booths available for seating. I believe that we could’ve been given a larger table to truly enjoy our meal instead of being cramped and having to move around items on the table to enjoy our meal.

Totally wonderful dinner and experience. Steak was perfectly cooked, charcuterie board was fantastic, potatoes excellent. Wine choice superior. Great atmosphere and the Wait staff were excellent.
