We were seated upstairs (late June) and it was upwards of 80 degrees indoors. There is no AC and all the cooking is done in the center of the restaurant - generating tons of heat!! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! The food was also flavorless and unappealing. We ordered the chicken wings, which were drowning in a syrup sauce and beyond soggy. We also ordered the short rib sliders and pasta with meatballs. These dishes were equally flavorless and unappetizing. The meatballs were hallowed and filled with a cheese sauce. Cocktails were good, but got quickly watered down by melted ice due to the extreme heat of the restaurant! Do yourself a favor and avoid, or wait until winter …!

The service and ambience was wonderful and the waitstaff friendly and helpful but however the was lackluster and the wings was fried too hard and the drinks were lackluster I will not be returning

The food as always was amazing!! Best polenta I’ve ever had. Prices right for Center city. It’s loud in there so not the best place to want to have a serious conversation. But good for big parties. My only opinion is the that this is the second time I’ve been there and the second time we’ve been placed next to the bathroom Upstairs. It’s not the best place to sit when you are paying what you are paying and there are other tables around that remained empty. I really don’t love a someone waiting for the bathrooms butt to be in my space while I’m eating and then. The smell of the door opening from someone who - well we know what. Other than that great … I’d still go back but ask for a different table . And my fiancé is blind so going up steps is harder and in there an elevator?

My Saphire Martini was perfect, the Charcuterie board was yummy and the Octopus was perfect. Would definitely return.
