Our THIRD restaurant! This Burger, milkshake & cocktail restaurant will have you wanting to live on burgers! With its delicious sides, and tantalising milkshakes (even alcoholic) this is comfort food at its very best. If you’re after a quiet mid week meal or a weekend party, our trendy but comfortable ambience allows for it all. Great food, no surprise, as love the other 2 restaurants. Felt welcomed and nothing was too much. Everything was eaten, and the milkshakes were highly recommended.

Great service, staff and management very friendly and helpful. Love the decor and the feel of the restaurant, food was good, finished off the meal with cocktails, already planning to go back, definitely recommend

We visited on Fathers day and when we sat down 3 or 4 different waitresses came over to our table and said that as it was Fathers day the dad could have a free drink, which was a lovely touch. However, it took a while for someone to take our drinks order and by that time we was ready to order food but the person who took our drinks order said she could only take our drinks order. We then had to call someone over to take our food order, we started to place our order but then was stopped as she had to go and get a tablet to take down our order. We ordered 1 starter, 2 adult mains and 1 kids main and asked for all of the food to come at the same time. The starter came and then we waited to see if our mains was coming but didn't. My daughter then started to fuss and wanted her food, so we had to call someone over to ask where our food was, I saw the waitress to try and talk to someone to see what had happened and no one seemed to know what had happened, which was disappointing. The food was excellent and good value for money, it was just a shame about the service.

Lovely burgers! Very very tasty! Excellent service and food arrived promptly! In particular the manager was very attentive and spent time chatting with our children, showing them magic tricks and letting my son input his order on the I pad - Encanto Kitchens loss is The Bun Clubs gain! We can’t wait to return!!

Excellent food but service was poor. We were told on arrival that we had to pay cash and thar there were no desserts/milkshake. We were fine with this but it could be disappointing. We ordered our food and asked that our daughters meal could come out earlier if ready as she is a slow eater. We were told this was fine and were asked to check the order again on the tablet. We then waited about 30 minutes for our starter and another 20 or so for our mains. They came out and our daughters was wrong. Luckily this was rectified quickly. We ordered two more soft drinks. We waited about 10 minutes for these even though it was quiet. In the time we waited we were asked by two different staff if we wanted more drinks and twice told them we had ordered. Noone checked this or tried to get them. Eventually we asked someone, she asked the barman who clearly rolled his eyes and tutted! By the time our drinks had arrived we had finished. The food was excellent. Burgers were delicious and portions were big.
