I regularly eat in this pub. Nice ambiance, good food and beverage, very good service. A little be noisy.. and maybe prices slightly higher than the pubs average. But one of the best in London !

We had a delicious dinner, pork stead and flatiron steak, each prepared perfectly, with fries that were the best we have ever eaten.... crispy, never soggy, and perfect to the last bite. The wines were also excellent, a pinot Grigio and Chianti. Our Server, Celina, was also the best, kind respectful, patient, knowledgeable, warm, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend the Builders Arms in Chelsea.

Very good service. Too noisy, people shouting, etc Good food. Attentive waitress, who worked very well in a a very busy environment.

Staff were pleasant. Food was lukewarm and very expensive for what it was. We had main course only. Roast potatoes were very greasy and oily. They had no roast carrots left. It was the most expensive ordinary dinner I have ever had.

Lovely pub in Chelsea. Nice setting, very good and kind service, good food. Good choice of beverages, beers and wines, and nice cocktails. Prices are a little bit high, but it worth.

Nice pub, but not great value at all. £45 for a shared portion of roast beef with 2x tiny pieces each, and then being charged for vegetables as well. Plus 15% service charge. It’s a shame as the food was nice, just not enough of it for the price they are charging. Happy to spend the money, but the value was not aligned.

The cauliflower and cheese is not in the menu was was a disappointment and the roast pork did not include roast potatoes so paid £5 for a serving. Otherwise a delicious meal as always

Service was impeccable: we were treated courteously and served promptly but without being pushy. Good beer, lovely wine and food was excellent.
