The Bucks Arms is a traditional 17th century pub and former coaching Inn located next to the Blickling Estate. Serving many real ales and great food, we are also dog-friendly with a large garden.

Situated just a mile outside the town of Aylsham The Bucks offers a traditional English pub feel, with picturesque surroundings and plenty of history - while being within easy reach of other amenities and attractions.

Excellent Food - With our team of chefs running the kitchen, you can expect delicious home-cooked food beautifully presented and packed with flavour.

Quality Drinks - We are proud to be a Cask Marque recognised pub and have a great selection of real ales including at least 2 seasonal guest beers.

Wines are served by the glass or the bottle from an exciting and changing wine list.

Delicious meal in this historic pub. Perfect ending to a visit to the Blickling Estate. One member of our party said "It was the best roast dinner I've ever had".

Absolutely fantastic food, great atmosphere and attentive, friendly staff. Great selection of food and drinks. Highly recommended couldn’t fault it at all. Will definitely return.

We have been going here for about 15 years. (As My wife is a coeliac), we have had no problem when ordering gluten free meals, up to yesterday that is. After indicating one gluten free meal on the booking website and informing two members of staff about the special dietary requirements they still bought a dinner that contained gluten. ( Yorkshire pudding and stuffing).With one member of staff assuring us that it was gluten free. When we questioned this with another member of staff, she said that it was not, thankfully my wife hadn’t eaten any of the meal. they rectified the problem immediately. Will not stop us going again but will be extra cautious in future.

A good choice of meals. Service was polite and friendly and quick. The food was very generous portions and excellent quality. Roast meats cut generously thick and perfectly cooked.

Another lovely meal at the Bucks Arms. Staff very friendly, good selection on menu. Reasonable priced and most important food lovely ! Will no doubt return.
