Came in for a late Sunday date night dinner & had the whole place to ourselves. We received outstanding service from several members of their staff & had our second round of drinks delivered personally by the bartender. While most places would be in a hurry to get you in and out at the later hour, this was not the case here for us last night & we felt like valued customers. The food was outstanding & fresh, while the drinks were delicious. We will be back very soon!

The food is amazing, incredible actually. The pasta dish was the best and most unique I have ever had. The black garlic butter with the bread is something I would put on everything I eat. Delicious! The ambiance is perfect - from the moment you walk in the door to the table lighting - it feels upscale but homey and comfortable. The owner has such charisma and is genuinely caring, on point, quick, engaging, etc. all the thing you want in a restaurant. There is only one problem that will make or break this place. The owners standards do not seem to be evident in all of his staff members. He seems to have a very good heart with great intentions while the staff do not seem to execute the same standards. Hoping he can hold them to his level so this place can thrive!

In tavern, the bench seat is uncomfortably low. The chair seats (with the pads) on great… but much higher than the person across from you! We love Brushmill and dined many many times but that tavern room is also very loud. Food, service 5/star as always though!

Very limited menu of average choices. Hostess and staff were not all accommodating. I will not be returning

We are a mostly farm to table restaurant, and curate our menu daily to provide the freshest and best dishes possible; this leads to a smaller menu, to prevent waste. Quite a lovely place! We had not been there in many years and it was much improved! Our waitress, Maureen, was terrific! We all enjoyed the focaccia bread and paid for a second helping! We all had embellished salads which were good! I would go for the ambience!

I went with my fiance for the first time on 9/8/2024. We sat on a back patio and this was honestly one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. The servers brought us some focaccia bread with a compound butter which were both very good. We ordered 2-3 drinks each and they were all quite strong and delicious. We split the biscuits w/sausage gravy, a blackened chicken Caesar salad, hangar steak frites, and the s'mores cookie w/vanilla ice cream. First, I need to say we appreciated that they brought out each plate by itself, with plenty of time to relax and enjoy our drinks. So many places rush you for the full order and bring everything out within a few minutes of each plate. It was nice being able to breathe and chat a bit throughout our meal and spend some time in the restaurant. Next.. everything was super well seasoned. The salad was well dressed. The steak and chicken were cooked perfectly. The fries were perfectly crispy, too. We spent about 2.5 hours here altogether, somehow. I understand that the usual pacing may be different, especially if there is a wait of some sort.... but I gotta say they really set the bar high on our first trip here.
