The Bruce Craft House in the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre offers a casual dining experience with a robust menu that has something for everyone. This includes a rotating list of local craft beer and handcrafted cocktails. Named after Bruce Brett, a visionary hotelier, The Bruce Craft House has a very modern, fun feel to it.

The pizzas and tacos at The Bruce Craft House are very popular and you'll find a selection of entree features offered daily. Items are locally sourced and handcrafted, including fresh pasta, ice cream and a variety of house-made hot sauce.

The Bruce Craft House also offers a hot buffet breakfast 7 days a week, available for both in-house guests and local diners.

    Good service. Slow to come back to check in sometimes. We ended up placing our food order with other server. Fries came cold. Chicken came hot. Good musical entertainment. Will be back to give The Bruce Craft another try.

    Made a reservation but was told the only option was on the patio. It was windy out and we had to get blankets from the car just to sit outside. Disappointed

    Food and service was great - live music was way too loud to have a conversation- it was like being at a concert for dinner @7pm

    Attended the Mothers Day Brunch. Food was generally good. Good variety. Brunch layout was a little scattered but a layout was provided. Service was ok. Our server was a little confused at time removing dishes prior to completion, not always understanding what was being asked. Value for money was ok. Overall good, not great. Some better organization and service would have improved the review.

    Excellent Mother’s Day brunch, will definitely go back to have dinner again! Very good service even with brunch buffet!

    This was our first time at The Bruce. We all enjoyed our meals. Service was great. We will be back again.

    I recommend the Bruce Craft House. Interesting cocktails, with a varied menu. We had the chicken pesto linguine and the chicken tacos: both were excellent. Desserts were very good -- worth it! Cortney provided lovely service.
