Great menu choice and quality food. Service attentive and not rushed. Homely pub setting but food and service better than your average pub lunch.

Table of five on Christmas Eve but the service was efficient and perfectly timed and the food was excellent, not our first visit and each time the standard on all levels is excellent. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

From ease of book to quality of food and service experience was excellent. Our waitress was really helping both in terms of explaining the menu and also making some suggestions. The atmosphere was sociable allowing for conversation, decoration and cleanliness was excellent. Overall great experience making our anniversary extra enjoyable.

Our server was very attentive and the food was very good. Not your usual pub food - I would say of a higher standard from presentation to taste and quality.

The service was excellent,the menu gave a good choice of food. When order drinks they were swiftly delivered to our table .

Excellent food and service. The soufflé is worth being a signature dish and we highly recommend the fondant too for dessert.

As soon as we entered the restaurant we were warmly greeted. The service was excellent. The menu was appetising and provided a range of choices. The atmosphere was calm. It was a Tuesday and only two tables were occupied. Nonetheless we had a very pleasant couple of hours.

I ate there with three good friends and we had a lovely time. The ambiance was just right. The food was lovely and we had a free bottle of wine which was an offer that ended. Service was friendly and good. They also gave us free liquer coffees as they managed to mix the cream into the coffee on one of them. All in all, it was all good, as it usually is and we will return.
