Great good and atmosphere. One small gripe,i love dogs, have 3 of our own,and dog friendly pubs I just don't want dogs around when I am eating.

Roast potatoes overdone, it was nice food but not brilliant. The children’s meals were forgotten but after asking they did bring them .

Had heard good reports about the pub, especially since the refurb and we weren't disappointed. Everything was spot on, food, service and ambience. Will definitely be back.

I booked a table to celebrate Christmas dinner with friends that we don’t see a lot, I was disappointed where our table was as it was in the bar next to the kitchen and toilets so we had a lot of noise and a lot of people walking past us so the atmosphere wasn’t as nice as I wanted it, also the table we got was dirty and the seats so obviously I had to ask staff to clean it. The service was ok but not the best as I said to order food, we had to go to the bar and of course you had loads of people queuing for drinks so took a while to order. As for the food it was 10/10, if we had better service and better table then I would of given 5 star

First time visit and was impressed with the alterations Service was good and staff were friendly and helpful Food was delicious Would definitely go again
