The fried zucchini stick breading fell off after the dish cooled. Otherwise, the service, pizza, and atmosphere were great.

Very disorganized. Told me they did not belong to open table. Food Average-nothing to rave about, and noisy. Would not go back again.

Everything about this restaurant was just excellent!!!!! The food, the employees, the management and the ambiance. My wife and I ate here on New Year's Eve. This is "REAL" Italian food. The entire experience was 5 stars.

Dined at The Brick last Saturday night with some friends. The place is small and was crowded due to the Bethlehem Christmas season. For the most part the food was OK except in two cases. I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea, which after it arrived I had to ask our waitress if it really was a LIIT since it did not look like what I am used to. She affirmed that it was---but when I took my first sip it sure didn't taste like one! It was the worst LIIT that I ever had. Clearly, the bartender did not know how to make this drink. The second instance occurred when my wife poured the cream from one of those little packets into her coffee---it instantly curdled. Our waitress replenished it but the restaurant needs to keep an eye on how long it allows its cream packets to go unrefrigerated.

Pretty busy at 5pm on a Saturday. Super nice waitress in Nicole. Ravioli app was good, salads good, entrees good (Chicken Picatta, Penne w Vodka sauce) , but they came out in about 5 minutes after getting out salads. Way too fast. Felt like maybe they were trying to turn the table quick, not sure. But my check was time stamped at 5:46...not even there an hour. Place filled up by the time we were leaving, so definitely make reservations to be safe. Will go back again for the many pizza selections that looked good. With a crowd like that you know the food is good, but it is a more casual dining experience with a large menu. That's not a bad thing at all, we'll be back.

Second time we have been here. Met friends at 7:00 and closed the place. The salad and pizza were great as were the draft beers. Waitress as nice too. We will be back!
