    It was the noise level, which was most unappealing… At the peak of lunch I could not hear my guest nor could I hear the staff offering assistance… While my guest felt the portions were sufficient… My piece of sirloin was not, and I would’ve expected such a small piece of steak to fall in line with a fillet. All in all the experience was not nearly worth the price nor was all of my bragging about how amazing this institute is worth my reputation. I think it depends on what you paired on the menu in regard to overall value… However in my case, I can say I will not return to the French restaurant.

    Our three-course meals were perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The student servers were working hard and very kind. We had a great time. Merci!

    The staff did an excellent job of making us feel welcome, answering all our questions and explaining the food choices. Overall, a very pleasant experience

    Fabulous! Food was amazing!! Service was great . We were retreated like royalty We visit from Massachusetts once a year and have never been disappointed! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

    Understandably a learning environment. Our 3 course dinner took about 3.5 hrs. Communication between staff seemed lacking and their supervision seemed absent. 4 of 6 received their dessert and then we had to wait 20-25 min for the table side dessert to be presented to the other 2 in our party without explanation or apology. Coffee was offered after all the dessert dishes were cleared. The food was excellent and well enjoyed and the highlight of the night.

    Dining at The Culinary Institute of America is always an amazing experience. An awe-inspiring campus overlooking the beautiful Hudson River, topped off by a delightful meal, prepared and served by a dedicated staff of culinary students. Kudos all around. Bravo!

    It is always a joy to dine under the care of "the new class." Not only is the food always delectable, but it's inspiring to meet some of the people who will be the new names in the food industry. The three-course seasonal meal with menu choices (and their spices) was a fabulous way to welcome autumn.
