Food was lovely, our waitress seemed to struggle a little with getting drinks out in a timely fashion (not sure if it was her or the wine steward). She was wonderful and patient, as we had a 5 year old with us who has very little patience. The overall evening was great, and my wife’s 75th birthday was a wonderful success

Food was great. Sadly today the service was terrible. 2.5 hours for a 3 course meal. I would not come back.

The food was first class; unfortunately, we were placed right next to the service table; also, the tables were too close to one another; and because it was a large open room, we noise level was very high, so talking to the person opposite caused one to raise his voice in order to communicate. The service was very attentive and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience being there in the early afternoon by the Hudson River. C.I.A. is worth visiting and experiencing, not only the great variety of restaurants, but enjoy the entire campus atmosphere.

We enjoyed a lovely lunch at Bocuse, the French restaurant at the Culinary. The menu offered choices for appetizer, main course, and dessert. There were many good offerings in each category. The students running the restaurant were all friendly and proficient. The food was presented beautifully and was innovative and tasty.

Service is always pleasant. Meat entrees were delicious and substantial. Vegetarian entrees were a bit on the small side (particulary the scarpinocc) and were room temp by the time we got them. Broccoli soup was outstanding. Desserts were refined and satisfying.

Food was excellent . Lovely quiet ambiance. Gray, our student-server was personable and attended to our every need.

Excellent. Grape meringue was light and delicious. Highly recommend and would return.

Good food, good service, you just need to understand the service is made by students so isn’t perfect but they need to learn it’s the goal of the formation
