    Beautiful location & great, food/service as usual. I would recommend that they pay greater attention to the wine cellar... our bottle of white was served on the WARM side :-0 it took 1/2 hour in a slushy ice water, wine bucket for it to be drinkable.

    I had a nice experience, the food was great. Love to see the future chefs as a servers gaining confidence, great experience!

    Such a nice lunch. The servers are all very attentive and earnest as they are learning. The food was delicious and a great value for the price. Definitely a must for a special occasion.

    Coquilles Saint-Jacques outstanding. La soupe aux truffes noires excellent. Filet de Dover sole almondine very disappointing. Fish was dry, overcooked and tough. As delicate, juicy and flaky that the scallop was, this dover sole should have been. Vacherin fruit a noyau outstanding. Poire belle helene disappointing. Pears not tender and chocolate wafers overwhelming. Chocolate NOT needed. (This coming from chocolate lover). Lovely restaurant. Love that students are learning the ropes.

    Fixed price menu. Excellent tuna and sole. Appetizers were good. Students learning their trade is good to see

    Overall food was very good. Service from 2 year students was lacking a bit. Waiter did not know the fish of the day items, which had to be posted before the luncheon service. One entree was cold, Waiter seemed to panic, manager came over and take place away and had a new dish fired. A few items were messed up with ordering. Overall, though sometimes CIA does remarkable work, occasionally the students mess up.

    Re: service. Removed 3 of 4 plates before 4th diner had finished and then hovered. Forgot coffee order. Didn’t hear wine order. Re: food. The tomato salad was delicious as was my trout. The bouillabaisse fish was not distinctive. The pear dessert was overwhelmed by the chocolate and the meringue was too too for the fruit/ice cream dessert but the dessert itself w/o meringue was very tasty. Need to simplify.

    I have dined at Bocuse 4 times in the last two years (my son is CIA student). Every dinner is a culinary experience, and gets better each time! Highly recommend a stop at CIA. The students, faculty, and staff work incredibly hard to deliver excellence and it shows.
