    Our patio tables closest to the water are some of the most coveted seats in town, with the chance to take in an expansive view while enjoying selections from our menu of contemporary seafood classics. Traditionally we have not guaranteed seating, but now through OpenTable Experiences, we are able to reserve a few of them each night. The $5/pp fee guarantees seating at one of these tables. Reservation fee is non-refundable. If there is inclement weather your reservation fee is transferable to another available date.

    Enjoyed a beautiful evening dining waterfront. I had the simple Salmon while my husband ordered the filet. Both were prepared to perfection. Justin, our server was excellent and paid just the right amount of attention to our needs.

    The restaurant is not really equipped to handle guests between lunch and dinner service. We arrived at 3:30 and had a 4 o’clock reservation for outdoor seating. Even though they were only a handful of people sitting outside, we were told that we could not be sat early because they were in transition. Fine, we sat outside of the restaurant and waited a half an hour. Once we were seated a little after four, we waited 25 minutes without having a single person come to our table. When we finally alert someone to this, it was another 10 minutes before our server arrived. We ordered a salad and an appetizer and two beverages. It took at least 10 to 15 minutes to get the two beverages. The salad was ridiculously small and had items substituted without letting us know prior to ordering. We did get a free dessert for our long wait, but regardless, the restaurant feels like a high school service learning project with no one around seemingly in charge or over 19. No offense to the young staff, just an observation. The view is the only reason worth going it seems. If you are looking for great service, you’d be better off going to Chick-fil-a. Or just go to Sunday Park and bring a picnic.

    Wonderful place, great food, had a small hitch w delivery but was extremely busy before we arrived.

    We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday here and had a wonderful time! Great food and wonderful service in a relaxing and beautiful lakeside venue.

    I have stopped going here twice before. Now it is three strikes and they are out for good. Again we had issues with the food. This time both my wife's and my meals were delivered to the table with the comment, "Sorry there is no sauce for your meals, we ran out, that happens alot here" For me crab cakes without remoulade is like having a car but no license. Every time we have gone here we have had issues. Why did they deliver the meals like that? Why not tell us first and ask if we want something else? My guess is poor training. We eat in at least 15 different restaurants every month and The Boathouse always sinks to the bottom. (Pun intended)

    We had an early dinner and that was quiet and the ambience was perfect. We'd ordered the grilled salmon and that was outstanding, the sauce was paired nicely with it and the wine selection was quite good too. We will definitely be dining there again.

    We had a beautiful experience at the Boathouse Sunday park location. We had some difficulty docking with our pontoon due to people fishing but found a way to make our reservation. Our service was impeccable. Jasmine was an exceptional server and our drinks and dinner was definitely Star!

    First time at the Boathouse at Sunday Park, wonderful setting, waitstaff was great, however we felt rushed, example, we were still eating our wonderful entree when a waitstaff came out with dessert, one of the desserts had ice cream, and when we indicated we were still eating our entree the waiter replied this is your dessert, when we pointed out the ice cream probably melting he just walked away. Our waitress was wonderful and she came over to check on us and saw the dessert and apologized and took it back until we were done, Hopefully if we return all will be wonderful.

    It’s very nice if you can eat outside, unfortunately rainy when we went. Food was plated very nicely, but not big portions and more importantly the taste (4 different entrees) was not a wow for any of us. Price is high when you consider food is not amazing. We had put in OpenTable reservation that we were celebrating birthdays but the waitress was completely unaware. We had also asked to be near a window for sunset, but were very far inside. Why bother asking for this if you’re going to ignore it. Waitress was attentive and patient, but again nothing here really stood out. Hadn’t been here in a while so it was disappointing on a few levels.
