    We had a reservation- after being seated - 15 min had passed with no server greeting our table. After feeling neglected, we decided to leave and dine elsewhere.

    Had guests in from Austria and they enjoyed the meal a great deal. They only negative would be that their refined pallets found the wine substandard (Chardonnay). Our server was humorous, patient and extremely helpful.

    Overall enjoyed the food and ambience - service was just ok! Also they could stand to place an umbrella at each outside table so we had to move inside! They did a nice treat for the birthday girl and the prices were good! Would definitely return and recommend to friends!

    Great location & view. Upbeat place. Service was slow I think because they are understaffed. Full house. Food (lobster shrimp oysters) very good.

    The staff was so gracious and thoughtful when we celebrated our anniversary there last night. They not only sat at the BEST table in the house facing the sunset, but also congratulated us multiple times and offered a champagne toast in celebration. It is this type of service and attention to detail that makes us always want to spend our happiest life events with the Boathouse. Thank you!

    The waiter spilled my wife's drink on her and had no remorse and was slow to clean it up. The food took an hour and a half to come out. And when we received the food the quality was bad and we didn't finish it. Our overall experience was terrible and we will not be returning as much as we love the boathouse. The wait staff was subpar and never came back to the table often maybe every 15 minutes or longer.

    Service was a 10 out of 10! Everybody was extremely nice, however I feel like even though it is a fine dining restaurant, you're not getting the quality food that you're paying for. The $50 steak was overcooked and which was not that big of a deal, but I also heard the woman at the table next to me send back her meat because it was also overcooked...so I don't think it was just a me problem. The restaurant itself was beautiful and they gave us free glasses of champagne and a free dessert as we were celebrating a birthday. It was very nice.

    The food was ok, portion size for the grilled seafood was way too small. I guess I expected more for what I spent.
