A warm welcome from our family lead team, a seasonal menu of European and British dishes sourced from fresh seasonal ingredients sits along side a regularly changing specials board. Simon, Tom and the kitchen team are incredibly passionate about their food and offering dishes that you will want to eat.

A well chosen range of wines, beers and spirits, sourced from local suppliers offer something for every thirst!

The pub has a great feel with a statement dining room, dog friendly Agricultural Bar and unique and stunning garden for the sunny days. We hope everyone will enjoy their visit to us

Excellent food. Seating was a bit awkward Sat too near the door but did find us another table between courses

Booked for an easy family dinner (party of 6), excellent food, service and ambience. A proper country pub serving excellent food.

Absolutely the best fish and chips we've ever had! We are regulars at The Boars and it's always very good. We'll done all. Excellent as always. Thank you.

Went with my two daughters (12 and 14) for Sunday roast. The roast was delicious, good portion size and the roast potatoes were perfect as was the extra stuffing we ordered. Lovely atmosphere and staff very friendly. Did have to wait 45 minutes or so for our food and as we weren’t drinking, was a little longer than we would have liked but the food was well worth the wait. Good value for the quality and drinks sensibly priced. I will be going back

The food never disappoints. There was a great choice for all tastes. I had crab and prawn tagliatelle. There was plenty of seafood in it and a decent portion. Highly recommend.

This wax our first visit to The Boars and it certainly won't be our last, an absolutely lovely meal. I had fish and chips and my husband the pork belly, both were very tasty. Thank you for a great evening, we will be back ! .
