Excellent, friendly service. The staff acknowledged our son’s birthday which was lovely. Steak was amazing! Thanks!

A very pleasant experience - dinner before crossing the road to the Opera House. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. Good wholesome food.

Three weeks prior to this reservation, I called to confirm that the Bottomless Wings promotion was ongoing. This is a promotion that has been in place for well over a year and my family really look forward to this. However, when I arrived, I was told that the promotion had ended. This, in truth, is the only reason my family go to Blue's Kitchen. We are sad.

The food myself and my friends had was amazing. I had bbq rib and it melted off the bone. Amazing service everyone looked after us. Thank you, I’ll be back again 🤗

Had absolutely no issues with the food, it was great. However the thing I do have an issue with is the added service charge. We only went in for some lunch and 2 lunch menu dishes, 2 drinks (non alcoholic) and a side came to £50 which included a £5 service charge. I don’t think a service charge should be added for a lunch time service and I’m more than happy to pay it when I think service has been exceptional and they’ve gone above and beyond (not that the service was bad but it was just the required duties of working in hospitality). I’m happy for them to ask for an optional tip if I wanted to include one and so it goes directly to the server. Just something to bear in mind if you’re not expecting it

We visited on a Saturday as a group of 4, one of which was a birthday boy! 😂 The overall experience was brilliant! The service was excellent and everyone was really friendly & accommodating and the food was gorgeous! The restaurant went above and beyond for the birthday, we had some lovely added extras from the staff which just made the experience feel extra special. Would definitely visit again!

The whole team are friendly, accommodating and welcoming - on a busy Friday night (very busy) they took time to ask why we were out - it was a 53 year reunion of old pals - they then provided our table of 4 with Prosecco on the house to celebrate - how nice is that when we were surrounded by people less than half our ages - food was fab music great but the servers made the whole night one to remember - they genuinely seem to enjoy their work and let it show - well done to everyone for not 'age discriminating' and helping us to have fun. The queue outside when we left was very long so very popular and deservedly so
