The Bluebell is a smart, modern place to relax offering fuss-free food and drinks that retain the reputation for quality we’ve hopefully earned at Stones. Dogs are welcome in our outdoor space and bar area. No dogs will be allowed in the restaurant-style extension. Parking Please note we have a car park on-site however it can get very busy and is limited. Please respect the neighbours when parking on-street by not blocking their driveways. Please do not park opposite other cars therefore making the road too narrow to pass. Come and join us at this beautiful old pub very soon. Please note we are closed on Sunday evenings and all day on Mondays.

We visit the area two or three times a year and always eat at the Blue Bell. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is relaxed but stylish, and the staff are amazing. We always have Sunday lunch and it never fails. The meat is always perfect and the selection of veg is great. We also eat one time during the week too and the food is fantastic...review to follow after Wednesday, but I know it'll be delicious.

Beautiful food, the staff were top class , very polite and nothing was too much trouble. We went for my birthday and we were not disappointed , all the courses were to a very quality and you can tell the ingredients are high quality too. The presentation of all the food was beautiful on every course. Seating area is not crowded at all, you have plenty of space around tables so you’re not sat too close to the table party next to you, which keeps the dining experience personal. Beautiful wraparound terrace with bifold doors which I imagine in the summer are all opened up, so we will definitely be going back in warmer weather to experience that too. All in all top marks, 10 out of 10 would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again.🫶🏼 thank you …’The Bluebell’ for a perfect birthday celebration 🎉

The scallops and the pan fried cod were both superb and not overcooked. Fresh and very tasty. Sauvignon blanc a little warm.

Excellent, we had a lovely night, everything was perfect. Good choice on menu and food was presented and tasted amazing, all cooked perfectly, 5 of us and served quickly and piping hot. Good ambience, just a lovely comfortable place and excellent food. Will definitely be back.

Has the chefs changed nowhere near as good as usual. Mushy batter on fish and garden peas hard .they did do another but peas still hard. Cod on beans dish very overpriced with just pak Choi . They did give10. % off but it’s not difficult dishes and it wasn’t busy .
