The Bluebell is a smart, modern place to relax offering fuss-free food and drinks that retain the reputation for quality we’ve hopefully earned at Stones. Dogs are welcome in our outdoor space and bar area. No dogs will be allowed in the restaurant-style extension. Parking Please note we have a car park on-site however it can get very busy and is limited. Please respect the neighbours when parking on-street by not blocking their driveways. Please do not park opposite other cars therefore making the road too narrow to pass. Come and join us at this beautiful old pub very soon. Please note we are closed on Sunday evenings and all day on Mondays.

As always the experience was delightful, service top rate and choice and quality of food really good The option is the cosy and friendly pub environment rather than the restaurant end is also a good one Well done

Lovely restaurant which seems very popular with locals - so it wasn’t easy to get a table. Great food beautifully presented. Service was efficient and friendly; food allergies and preferences were catered for. We visited twice during our stay in the area and ate once in the bar and once in the restaurant. The bar area is a bit more informal and allows dogs. However it is comfortable with the same menu for both areas. Highly recommended.

Took our Australian friends for a meal and all 4 had the best meal. Lamb Rump was perfectly cooked, the trio of fish was the tastiest ever and the beer battered cod & chips were fabulous. We finished off with Lemon & Raspberry crème brûlée and salted caramel panna cotta …….delicious!

We were disappointed at the lack of vegetables served with the lamb, for the price of £22, more than a couple of small carrots, carrot puree and a fondant potato was expected. The other other two meals on our table were good.
