   I will first start by saying that all the staff were extremely friendly but everything else is a mess. The music was so loud that we could not hear each other speak. It took forever to get our food and drinks. The worst part was being charged a cover charge to enter the restaurant to eat because there was a live band playing. Be also aware that they charge an additional fee for using a credit card for payment.

   This was our third visit and we sat outside because it was such a lovely night,. We were probably too early for the offered entertainment. We have seen interesting things there so it would be best to check the website for goings on if that is important. The menu is eclectic and large. We settled on pork dumplings to start and 2 sushi rolls for dinner. The dumplings were delicious with the sauce for dipping. We took a combo California roll, which meant that there were an extra 4 pieces of salmon rice, and the spicy tuna, which DH said was wonderful. Jose was a very attentive server.

   Went for a special 80s night for husbands birthday. Advertised dj and Dance party. Received a call before coming that we can’t be in our seats more than 2 hours or we will be charged $75. Walked in to a sign stating if we use a credit card we would pay an extra 3.5%. Music was so loud I couldn’t hear anything. No one dancing and no dj seen between 7-8:15. No acknowledgement of birthday. They charged 20% gratuity in check and asked for more. Real bummer of a night.

   We received an email that stated we have free tickets to I want my 80’s back. Unfortunately we did not hear a lot of 80‘s Was looking forward to that

   We felt like we were being rushed. From the time we made the reservation to sitting down, we were told three different times that there was a two hour limit at the table. We had no intentions to be there for two hours but felt the constant rush. Also, the cocktail was warm and the food had no taste. Very disappointed.

   Selected standard seating and was told I had to sit outside. Someone called prior to the reservation and said we only had 2 hours to eat which was fine but never mentioned that inside seating was unavailable. Took the waiter way too long to come to the table. They were not busy at 5pm . They charge 3.75 % on the bill for using a credit card to pay. First time eating there and that will be the last time as well !

   Unfortunately the experience was below average. My wife did enjoy the scallops and risotto. They were cooked great. However, my steak and fritz was not good. It tasted burnt and was very chewy.

   We visited Lazy Dog on a Monday night, taking advantage of their 50% off menu special. While the wine selection was quite limited, the service was excellent, and the food was pretty good—definitely worth the discounted price. However, what they don’t clearly disclose is that a 20% gratuity is automatically added based on the full menu price, not the discounted amount. This charge is non-adjustable, meaning even if the service doesn’t meet expectations, you’re still required to pay the full 20%. In our case, the tip came out to $50, which felt excessive given the length of our visit. Additionally, they tack on credit card fees if you choose to pay with a card, which is another unexpected expense to keep in mind.

    From its upscale description you wouldn’t expect disco lights flashing and throbbing music not to mention the masked costumed dancer waltzing around dancing badly. This was at 7pm. The food is overpriced with extremely spartan use of finer ingredients. For instance, a large bowl of kale with tiny dots of squash and goat cheese. Maybe I works as a later night club but don’t go for dinner! Service was very nice
