The Block Food + Drink is located just off Louisiana Ave. S on Walker Street for lunch or dinner daily and brunch on weekends. Such a great and fun night! Hannah, like always, was amazing. Fun, helpful, attentive, and kind. Thank you to Lauren and Sayde for helping get our group of 6 set up in the Pawtio! We have a new regular with us now so we continue to see our group slowly increase as more and more people learn about The Block and want to come back! Food was delicious. We enjoy getting the pretzel sticks with dipping sauce and the corn fritters for appetizers. So good! Thank you to everyone for helping make a great night! See you all next week!

Another wonderful night in the Block patio. We had great service. Their gluten free options are wonderful. I got the grilled brisket and cheese sandwich.

Jordan was our server and we hit the jackpot to have her wait on us. From the moment we arrived, until the time we left, she gave us an AWESOME “The Block”first time customer star studded experience complete with our stamp of approval and one full of excellences! She was so knowledgeable about this place where she worked, highlighted all their specialties and showed a sense of real pride for what they had to offer to include: their specialty “broasted chicken” complete with their own dipping sauce, old fashioned cocktails with their own premium liquor, margaritas another favorite one infused with chilis/jalapenos sounded interesting but for next time, answered all our questions and just added so much to our whole dining experience! Now let me tell you about the food—please do order the broasted chicken juicy, flavorful, nice spice you will not be disappointed; the beet, goat cheese, fresh fruit and arugula salad with this, lasting on the palate, nice tangy dressing so wonderful; the French fries cooked to our perfection and the corn fritters with aioli our appetizer, something new for my spouse to try, such a nice start and better than just plain cornbread! We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a “whole” dining experience: great service, great cocktails/beers and great atmosphere on a smaller intimate level! Thanks Jordan for such a grand date night you are such a treasure, also our compliments to the chefs/cooks you did yourselves proud and to the business owner who definitely knows how to fulfill all of their customers needs/wants, but not just on a business model piece of paper, but carries it so much further. Great dinner in a local favorite. Great seasonal specials - loved the Raspberry Salad with grilled chicken. Kids' menu still a winner for our five-year old - Sun Butter & Jelly w/ veggies and Scooby Snacks always works. And tried a new appetizer- burrata - a winner with red beets and crostini. Our server on the front paw-tio was both friendly and professional. Good meal and we will be back!

I came with two of my sisters as one was visiting from out of state. Not my first visit and that is why I recommended we come here. As always the food was wonderful. I had the Walleye sandwich and enjoyed it a lot. Our waiter was Zach and he was the best! He was so helpful explaining certain things on the menu and was very attentive while we dined. We may have even overstayed our welcome as we enjoyed The Block so much!

Great first time at the block. Very nice front patio and excellent old fashioned, probably the best I’ve ever had. The food was good, the truffle fries were not outstanding. But the service and atmosphere more than made up for that small hiccup. Highly recommend!

Toni was an excellent server. The strawberry cocktails were fantastic! Tequila lime chicken pasta was delicious. Great place!
