Food was tasty. How ever the onion rings are out the freezer and the veg was cold. But overall steak was delicious. Dessert was nice but dry cake. Great atmosphere great staff

We have been going to the Blackwell ox for 20 odd years and last night was the worst meal me and my wife have ever had, very bland , tasteless and poor quality. It’s so unusual and normally it’s a 9 out of 10 most times. So disappointing and hope it’s a one off

Visited here for my sisters Birthday celebrations. Bar staff were lovely, the waitress that greeted us & showed us to our table (considering she was the front of house) could do with a little improvement! Food outstanding & great value for money, portion sizes very generous Well definitely be back again Children's portions to a high standard too Finished off with a lovely pot of tea in the park with our birthday cake

This was the first time I had tasted Thai food and it was absolutely fabulous. The food was gorgeous and very quick to be served and the staff were helpful and lovely. It was such a lovely place to sit and enjoy dinner - it was not too noisy and really enjoyable.

Very cosy environment - friendly, helpful, prompt staff. Food was 10/10 I honestly couldn’t fault it at all, if anything (I can’t believe I’m saying this) the portion sizes were too big, they are huge! I struggled to eat even half! (It’s not even a criticism really)Best Thai cuisine in the area without question. The satay sauce is the best I’ve had. We will definitely return.
