    We had an 8:30pm reservation and we arrived at 8:35. We stood at the entrance for almost 10mins waiting to be seated because there was no hostess. Finally a busboy sat us. We waited another 10mins or so and a waitress came over and stated she was not our waitress and our waitress would be out shortly she then stated the kitchen will close in 8mins so we need to figure out what we want to order. I explained we had been waiting for someone to come over and asked if she would be taking our order. She said “I mean I can take the order and give it to her I guess” referring to the other waitress and then just walked away. About 5 mins later another waitress came over I believe her name was Lisa and took our order. The food was okay but honestly we just wanted to go at that point. It doesn’t make sense for them to have an 8:30pm reservation especially if the kitchen closes at 9pm. We then saw the first waitress that didn’t want to help us eager to sit at the bar and drink with the rest of her coworkers. I don’t think I will be back to this place.

    Was a nice place tables really close needs a little more space. Also I think there should be some smaller tables in the buffet area so a party or 2 or 4 can also experience the brightness of the room and the guest musicians.

    The live music was too loud to have a conversation at our table, but the food was great and Tom who was our waiter was fantastic. It was really disappointing to have a reservation but have to wait almost 15 minutes for a table where as the table we were sitting at was vacant from the time we walked in the door .

    The entire experience was superb. The only issue was the crab dip...it did not taste fresh. However tge issue was rectified with another shareable that was delicious.

    I enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, and for the most part the service was good. After settling the bill, I asked for a fork to finish a dessert and was told in a polite yet stern manner that we had surpassed the time limit, and no further service could be granted for a settled check. It was near the end of the brunch hours, there wasn't a wait at the door, and we had spent a considerable sum of money. I was insulted and noticed we stayed the same amount of time as most of the patrons we walked in with. Has to be a better way to drive that point home than to deny PAID patrons a fork. Not sure I will be back. That singular exchange left a bad taste in my mouth, and I definitely would not recommend the brunch to others for fear of such a silly exchange.
