Le Blackbird est un restaurant élégant et décontracté. Il sert dîner, souper et le brunch du dimanche. Sa cuisine moderne du Sud, tout en faisant un «clin d'œil» à la tradition, est amusante, dynamique et est faite de produits locaux.     The poached eggs on crab cakes was devine. The coffee was fresh ground and french press. Delicious. Service was lovely.

    I was visiting Asheville and it was my first time at Blackbird. The risotto I had was delicious, the server was attentive but not at all intrusive and it was delightful overall.

    Great lunch at Blackbird. Jacob was excellent. Great recommendations for food and drinks. Attentive and responsive without hovering. Loved the Braised Beef Sandwich and the Soave Pieropan wine. Very good value. A little noisy but it was the lunch rush hour so nothing unexpected. We will definitely return.

    Everything was great. We enjoyed our meal and the service was top notch. The Brussel sprouts were amazing.

    Server never once asked how our food was or if she could get anything for us. We were celebrating our anniversary from out of town and were a little disappointed. My hubby ordered the slow braised beef and it was delicious. I ordered the tenderloin, medium and it arrived rare as well as my carrots which were not cooked. I kindly asked our server if she could have it cooked a little longer for me to which she obliged and event mentioned that it did not look like medium at all. Not too long after my dish was re-plated very nice but it was still rare and just poured demi glaze on it. :(

    Brunch was great! Our server Jacob was so great! He really thanked us “locals” for coming in! We will definitely be back.

    We had Cesar salad, parm French bread, filet/crayfish stuffed flounder, lemon sorbet. Each dish outdid the next. Our birthday dinner was RESY cancelled at another restaurant and The Blackbird was happy to accommodate us. Just fantastic evening and dinner. Thank you to all the staff!
