I’ve been wanting to go here for some years but my husband isn’t big on fish and it seemed like the menu had a lot of fish options. Unbeknownst to me, the menu changes with the seasons. I happened to check the menu while searching for an anniversary dinner and knew he’d go for the short ribs and kimchi fried rice. We started off with cocktails that were complex and delicious! Then appetizers; apple, pear salad with crème burlee blue cheese and candied pecans and tender oxtail empanadas. Both were out of this world delicious! We got a second cocktail before our entrees which were equally as good (I don’t recall the flavor profiles in each drink but we have 4 of the 5 cocktails on the menu and they were all very good). The entrees we got were the sesame seed crusted pork jowl in a delicious umami broth with sliced asparagus, broccolini, micro cilantro and thick cut noodles. If you’ve never had it, it’s a must try. It came out and I was nervous about the jiggle it had to it but it melts in your mouth and the shredded pork under the fat is the most tender I’ve ever had. My husband did get the short rib and kimchi fried rice with an egg on top and he LOVED it. It had some kind of drizzle that was possibly kimchi related. I tried it and also lived it. Lastly, we wended with the chocolate tree leches cake with espresso and vanilla bean cream. It was the perfect texture and very delicious. The bartender was friendly and offered suggestions. I believe the chef was behind the bar and bringing food out as well. It was harmonious and a pleasure. We will certainly be back!

Food was creative twists on traditional dishes, and every dish was perfectly balanced with a hint of surprise. The cocktails were also nice, the ambiance is cozy, and the service was attentive. We are looking forward to going back, and trying dessert!

Great food and ambiance. We will be back. We sampled most of the appetizers and they were delicious. The only one we wouldn’t order again is the Lamb Dumplings because they weren’t too tender. Otherwise the food s amazing! You won’t be disappointed.

Great blend of flavors and textures, it’s the kind of food that’s memorable because it’s not the everyday fare we find in many places. It’s unique, thought out, skillfully prepared, and beautifully presented. The rainbow trout was crisp and the broth had rich flavors. My husband had the pork jowl and loved the turmeric flat noodles. The appetizers are truly the highlight with the salmon tacos being our favorite. The least impressive was the chocolate cake with très leches sauce, it wasn’t bad, just super cold and forgettable. The entire staff is welcoming. Our server was Adam and he was wonderful, friendly and attentive. Great experience! Recommended and we will be back.

The dishes my partner and I ordered were absolutely delicious! We ordered three appetizers and two main courses. We were bummed that we didn’t get a chance to meet Chef Jamie. Hopefully, next visit.

We had salmon skin tacos. Amazing. Ordered another one. Grilled trout. It is totally debone and grilled to perfection with super tasty sauce. Also we ordered braised short rib. It was tender and tasty. Forgot the name if a cocktail that I had, something Hanoi - was very good.

Chef Jamie Tran and her kitchen team creates familiar and yet strikingly innovative dishes. It truly enjoyable to have such a food experience. You take a bite of something and you’re like oh that’s dumplings and then as you chew you taste different combinations of textures and flavors. Just so so enjoyable! Cocktails were absolutely delightful and complimented the menu really well. The front of house team shines. They created an enjoyable dining experience by being attentive and helpful with recommendations/suggestions lending to a comfortable easy and unassuming vibe. We ate 6 of the appetizer dishes and shared an entree and dessert. Wonderful highlight of visiting Nevada.

Our party of 7 were the only diners when we arrived for an early dinner. Service was excellent and unrushed. Cocktails were original and well crafted Apps were great especially the Apple/pear salad and the empanadas. Entree fish and steak dishes were delicious and served at proper temperature. A hidden gem!
