The Bit and Spur Restaurant and Saloon, located in Springdale, Utah, at the entrance to Zion National Park, has been the restaurant of choice for locals and tourists since 1981. With Southern Utah’s largest selection of micro-brews and fresh fruit margaritas, we are also the watering hole and gathering place of choice. You will be sure to have a memorable evening of great food served by a talented staff in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our dining room features different art exhibits throughout the year and our extensive patio boasts a sunset and garden view.

A convenient location (center of town) with a decent selection on menu. Food was good although the chipotle chicken didn't have much flavor. We had reservations at 8 but had to wait in line for close to 25 minutes for host to show up outside to check in. Once we were seated service was fast. Would return!

Great place! The size is impressive, especially when you're seated in the open-air section at the back of the restaurant. The food is excellent, and don't miss the crème brûlée with a hidden brownie!

Truly enjoyed our dinner at Bit and Spur. Attractive space with a lively atmosphere. Whitney was an excellent server. My fiancé had the Carne Asada and I had a chicken pasta dish. Both were very good and were ample servings. We tried the berry crumble for dessert, but it had more “sauce” than crumble and we found it disappointing. Overall, we would go back the next time we are in Springdale.

Fantastic server Danielle but food was kinda average, arrived way too quickly (felt too rushed), and B&S has lost the charm it had since when we first started coming in early 1990s. Too bad. And adding lodging seems weird $ grab. Springdale is overrun now with lodging and e-bikes -so sad

Great outdoor spot with live music and fun drinks. Southwester food was good. We would go back.

Food as always was excellent. Service was slow, but it was a busy weekend in town. Sitting outside on the side porch sipping margaritas with chips, salsa & guacamole was enjoyable, so the wait wasn’t so bad!

We stayed in Zion area and our resort recommended this place… I can see why. Did a pitcher of margaritas, traditional guac and chips and even a pasta dish. Delicious!
