The Bit and Spur Restaurant and Saloon, located in Springdale, Utah, at the entrance to Zion National Park, has been the restaurant of choice for locals and tourists since 1981. With Southern Utah’s largest selection of micro-brews and fresh fruit margaritas, we are also the watering hole and gathering place of choice. You will be sure to have a memorable evening of great food served by a talented staff in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our dining room features different art exhibits throughout the year and our extensive patio boasts a sunset and garden view.

The food was delicious; but, the waitress convinced me to order the seafood of the day (Idaho Trout), so I did. When it arrived I received Salmon. Apparently, they ran out of the trout. The salmon was delicious; but, I would have ordered something different had I known they were out of trout.

It was a perfect place to relax and eat and drink after a long day hiking. Staff, food and ambiance all excellent ! Can’t wait to return when in the area.

We were on a family vacation at Zion and the Bit and Spur was recommended. We had a 15 month old with us and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We ate inside as it was a warm day but would love to go back and eat outside which looked like a fun place to be. The margaritas and food were amazing. Everyone gave it two thumbs up. Would highly recommend this place if you like Mexican!

We enjoyed our meal at the Bit and Spur. The roasted cauliflower appetizer was especially tasty. The tacos were very good. Big portions, reasonably priced.

Wonderful food and watermelon margarita! They have a lot of gluten free options on the menu and their pasta entrees can be substituted for gf also! That’s a huge A+ to find a restaurant that is so accommodating. Highly recommend for delicious food!

Creative dishes with fresh ingredients served by a great waitress (Mishila). Keep up the great work! Highly recommend visiting Bit and Spur.
