Warm, welcoming, intimate and steps away from the Jackson Hole Town Square, The Bistro is the newest concept from restaurateurs Gavin Fine and Roger Freedman (Fine Dining Restaurant Group). Drawing on inspiration from Parisian style neighborhood brasseries, The Bistro presents modern, comfortable European dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all inside The Cloudveil hotel. The Bistro brings seasonal, beautifully prepared and presented dishes to life with outdoor cafe seating, a stunning zinc bar, fresh oyster bar and a variety of dynamic indoor dining areas. The Bistro offers a variety of private event spaces for a wide range of group sizes. Within the restaurant itself, intimate private dining spaces welcome groups of up to 35 people. In partnership with The Cloudveil hotel, The Bistro also provides event catering for up to 225 people in the hotel’s additional meeting and event spaces and stunning rooftop deck.

Outstanding food and service. We went for a "bistro" experience - wine list, simple french food and raw bar - and were not disappointed. Oysters and Coq Au Vin were exceptional! Our server was also exceptional - friendly and on it... very attentive and in tune with when we needed something and when we wanted our different courses to arrive which we really appreciate.

Disappointing. Calamari was overly fried, not good quality. Pasta is not what the menu said, tasted like lemon only. Endive salad was a very sad plate, not seasoned at all. Only enjoyed the burger. Would not recommend for the price.

Our waitress was amazing but the wait time for food was ridiculous, which is why we gave service a 1 star. Overall it was 2.5 hours, we were delirious. I ordered a bottle of wine which was supposed to be part of my pre-dinner drink, and it didn’t come until after the appetizer’s arrived and were finished. And when it did arrive, the red wine was hot, wine server said it was 68 degrees, which he thought was proper, but I informed him it should be no warmer than 58 degrees so he went and got a chiller, 15 minutes later. I eventually sent the bottle back and ordered a glass of wine, so finely 1.5 hours after arriving I get a drink. 😒. But the food was fantastic, I wish I wasn’t so fatigued about waiting and waiting and waiting for a glass of wine and food.

We had a wonderful time at the Bistro. The service was impeccable, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. Went back to enjoy more of their food. We had trout, steak au poivre, cos au vin, barramundi and all deserved 5 stars. The wine choice is rich. A must go to place. We will be back!
