The Bistro specializes in exciting, contemporary fine cuisine including succulent seafood and tantalizing sushi selections. You’ll also enjoy carefully dry-aged on site, hand-carved, premium USDA beef. The Bistro offers an enticing array of salads, appetizers, entrees and desserts, sure to impress the most discriminating of palates.

Everyone was lovely. Our server was top notch and Jeff Freddy was charming! Food was great, nice wine, good value and the team was on it on a very busy evening. Wonderful experience

We had another amazing dinner experience last night. From the cocktails made by Eddie at the Bar to start the evening to exceptional service by Maria. Food was fantastic, the Scallops special suggested by Maria was incredible. The entire staff makes you feel so welcomed. It was our anniversary and we were thrilled to have a visit by Chef Freddy.

Our food was delicious and we really enjoyed the meal. The restaurant staff was accommodating and very welcoming. We will definitely dine there again!

We eat here quite often since we go to the Rockyard alot and it's always great! We like to sit at the bar. Staff is super friendly and they have excellent cocktails at a fair price. Food and sushi always delicious. Ambiance is nice, dimly lit and quiet. Would highly recommend

It was our first time dining here. It was outstanding. The whole experience was exceptional and was nice. Our server was Hana very nice and attentive. The food was excellent and good portions. Our cocktails were perfect. It’s a hidden gem.

I hosted a birthday dinner for my husband there were a total of ten guests. Justina (manager) and Leaha Hostess did a fantastic job organizing the whole dinner. Their help made a huge difference for a successful party. Javier as always the exceptional professional server made the this memorable birthday 🎂 party run smoothly and fun. He went out of his way to make all our guests feel like VIPs. The whole team at the Bistro, Chefs, support servers and Sushi staff could not have done a better job. I can’t recommend the whole Bisto team enough. Thank, Howard
