At Ocean House, our classic American Bistro menu invites guests and visitors to enjoy casual, seasonally inspired dishes. Available for breakfast, lunch and dinner in The Bistro, Bar and Lounge, and in the members-only Club Room and Club Terrace, the Bistro menu offers traditional brasserie fare with a New England flavor. Begin your morning with inspired breakfast classics, fresh pastries or a colorful spread inspired by the season’s bounty. For lunch and dinner, a selection of starters and entrees are simply prepared and presented, with an emphasis on fresh local meats and sustainable seafood.

A classic American brasserie menu with an emphasis on featured seasonal ingredients and traditional club specialty items including grilled meats and inspired sides.

Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are subject to a $5 per person cancellation fee.

Join us in the Bistro for a curated Easter meal. We present to you a brunch style Prix Fixe menu, where you will have a selection for both appetizer and entree courses. Following entrees, a plated dessert will be presented to the table. A sommelier's beverage selection menu will be available as well as our wine list. A $25 per chair non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking and will be applied towards your Easter check; a deposit is due for guests of all ages. Adults $95 & Children aged 4-12 $45. Children aged 3 and under are complimentary but should be included in your party size at time of booking.

Disappointing for the n-th time in a row, at least at these price points. Overcooked halibut, bland sides, grossly over sauced pasta. Wonderful hotel & setting. Great bar. Disappointing restaurant. Nothing bad, but little to praise.

The Thanksgiving dining experience at the Bistro at Ocean House was disappointing on so many levels. The service was unusual, as we had to call the waiter back to request a drink menu and order cocktails. Service was mechanical - not terrible, but not warm or engaging. The food was very poor. The bread looked like small, store-bought Parker or snow-flake rolls - all stuck together in a grid - not the ones shows in pictures of food at Ocean House. The tablespoon-sized portion of mashed potatoes was cold and dry - in all 4 plates for us - as was the stuffing. The squash soup was served at room temperature and was unimaginative. The Brussel Sprouts were very good. The turkey -we were expecting something akin to freshly carved turkey. What we received tasted like pressed turkey, and the “hockey puck” of dark meat - tasted pressed and gelled with a ham-like taste. There was no real gravy - there was some type of sauce on the turkey - not anything like a home-made turkey gravy. The desserts were atrocious. They were tiny, supermarket or cafeteria-quality little flavorless pieces. Desserts can be small and good, but these were tasteless. No one came around to see how the experience was. A woman at a table next to ours sent her entree back five times. All in all, this was an embarrassing experience for me, my guests, and should be for the restaurant as well. The valet was friendly, and we normally tip $10, and we were told upon handling the ticket in that it was $5 for parking - which is nothing, really, but just added to the tacky feeling of the experience overall. Terrible.

Excellent service. Dinner was perfect. Dessert was disapointing. We thought that we would be choosing between 3 options. Instead there were miniature offerings of the 3 desserts. Not as convenient if you do not like all the options, plus they did not taste like a full serving would have, especially the pumpkin pie (which had little flavor). We had the perfect table with a great ocean view. The only drawback was the cold draft from the windows. I ended up with my husbands' coat on. It was expensive for Thanksgiving but I do not regret the experience!

It was typical Ocean House on this very busy day!! The staff could not have been more gracious and the meal was superb. Don’t EVER pass up a chance to visit the Ocean House!!!!
