We enjoyed our meal, the wine, and the ambience. Topping it all off was our waitress, JoJo, who made the evening out for these 2 sisters a blast. We never felt rushed and savored all of it!

Great meal as usual. I had the seared duck. Very tasty and cooked perfectly. The carrot cake for dessert was the perfect ending for the meal.

The place was beautiful and the services was amazing. I would say I was a little disappointed with the quality of the food. I got steak and fries and the steak was incredible tough even tho I got it medium. I just expected for a 34 dollar meal it would be better quality.

Love the winery and have been going there for years - our lunch started of with our server not knowing the content ingredients of a "curry" soup - and it took her all of 15 min to return to tell us what was in it- then for 2 people there should NOT be 3 pieces of little bread things on the baked brie- there should have been 4- then as we were almost finished the fire alarm went off- we still had wine to finish - and might have ordered dessert and wanted to shop- I understand the fire alarm is to of their control and we could have just left no one was paying much attention- but I'm not like that- we were then approached by or server- who asked if we has finished and if she could box anything - and if she could being our check - we were outside on the steps! awkward - to say the least - and hen to have to count cash out in the open like the was embarrassing -20 minutes later the fire Marshall showed up as we were leaving - I think the least the restaurants could have done was either forgive the bills or off a discount - or make na announcement and ask us to stay around - no announcement as to what was happening , no announcement at al other than to tell us to leave the building- understandably an unavoidable situation but could have been handled much better-

This is such a wonderful place. We enjoyed lunch with some wonderful food and wine. Service was excellent. Comparable to a fine restaurant. Loved the Granite Red wine and hope to order some to enjoy with our friends. This is a hidden gem in Amherst.

We love Labelle but today was a total disappointment. We sat outside and the ambience was great, however, the food and service was so poor. We ordered drinks and appetizers and were there for over two hours. We no longer had time to even order an entree and ended up going elsewhere for dinner. Our server was delightful but came by about once every 30 minutes. The food was mediocre and the fresh baked bread basket was stale. Disappointing visit but beautiful view.
