We enjoyed our time at Bistro at Bel Air very much. The service was very kind and friendly . The food was delicious and plentiful. Overall a great experience we would definitely recommend to our friends :-).

Nice location, though a bit out of the way; liked the website- unfortunately the hemisphere was under repair Food was all right, tuna was excellent but my swordfish fish was overdone The cheese cocktail s weee overpriced and disappointing

Not worth the price we paid!!! Steak was hard, salad had no dressing and was not fresh and rusted, calamari where overcooked and felt like rubber. We had the impression of dining in a small tent ! Other customers were too close for confort! Very deceiving this is in no way a bistro

We had a perfect dinner experience. The service was very friendly, and the food was delicious. It was the best sword fish I have eaten in a long time. We were four, one of us had steak,which was cooked to perfection as well. The chef came to the table himself to confirm that everything was fine, and explained that he uses fresh ingredients from the area only. Would absolutely recommend, the place!

Really enjoyed our first time dining here. The vibe and decor are top notch. Food was beautifully done. Had the Gaspesian crab starter and the salmon; both excellent. There was a wedding booked which took a lot of attention away from our area. Getting the bill very slow…attention dwindled as the night progressed. Likely much better without a wedding party, but worth the drive and experience. The pods looked like a novel way to stay as a hotel guest. Thank you to the staff!

We booked a reservation for our family of 4 on a Saturday of long weekend. It was an early reservation- 6:30, and we didn’t realize but it’s the restaurant connected to Bel-Air Tremblant resort. Totally fine with that. When we arrived, we had to wait for our table as folks were lingering in the dome where we wanted to be seated. Our server was great - she was definitely dealing with a difficult situation. We placed our order and this is a high level review of everything: Drinks: we ordered gin martinis and they came in water glasses with a paper straw. Very strange - couldn’t tell if it was because they ran out of glasses or they didn’t know how to make a martini…. Food: after we placed our order, the server kept coming back one dish at a time to let us know the kitchen was out of mussels, calamari, and lobster. The salmon ceviche was terrible - liquidy and did not come with salad or toast. Luckily we ordered the guac and tostadas so we used those to eat it with. Beef tartare was okay. Everything else we ordered had the same base of veggies: the swordfish and salmon tataki. The fish was excellent and well cooked for both. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.

The estragon was too much cooked like…very well done ! This is fish, it’s suppose to be tender and it felt like very dry chicken breast. Didn’t like it, didn’t eat it. I told it to the waitress who already seemed very upset like she had enough of her day so she didn’t care at all. Also, they didn’t had any burgers, I wanted a Caesar salad with chicken , they didn’t had chicken either. I ordered a cheesecake, received a mousse instead (I told the lady so she brought me the cheesecake but it was very hot (never ate a hot cheesecake) it was very good but seemed like they put it in the microwave to be fast I don’t know. The waiting time was too much (they had a group and made us wait a long time(we arrived first and the group arrived 30 minutes after us)) Only one cook and one waitress for like 20 clients it’s too much. But eating in the dome was very nice, very beautiful , but it wasn’t clean. The floor was very dirty, so for me it’s a 3/5 overall.

Rien à redire… la nourriture, le service et l’ambiance étaient sans faille. La présentation des plats était au-dessus de la moyenne, surtout l’entrée et le dessert.
