The Birdham at Bembridge aim to serve the best food using local produce throughout our menu.

Our pub is made up of many areas, so we can cater for all types of occasions. We have snug quiet areas, large function areas and everything in between.

Our kitchen team is lead by head chef, Rob McLean who is passionate about creating traditional dishes with a unique twist.

It was Bank Holiday weekend and therefore exceptionally busy, scooters also in town so and some. Staff were great but so busy, service times were long and we were charge over £19 for a Guinness and two soft drinks. The queue for the carvery was long and slow (informed by a regular in the queue that she had never seen this). Food was great. Overall, I think we picked the wrong weekend, but we will go back

What a wonderful meal we had at The Birdham in Bembridge. It was our first visit since the change of ownership and we were impressed! The service was excellent. Special thanks to Anthony for looking after us; nothing was too much trouble 👏 The food was delicious and we particularly loved the selection of vegetables served with the Sunday roast and the quality and quantity of the meat! We will be back soon!

Lovely carvery, very generous and all lovely, only thing needing improvement is the roast potatoes

The noise level of the music playing in the restaurant at dinner time was unacceptable to the point we had to say something, it was quickly turned down. Our meal took quite a while to arrive but was very nice service was ok . Breakfast was very nice service was very good

Absolutely beautiful place. We went last year while on the Isle of Wight and decided to go again this year. Food gorgeous. Anthony - he was there last year - it an absolute diamond and asset to the Birdham. Hope the management recognise this.

Carvery was good although one persons Beef was very chewy and unlike the other. Sticky toffee pudding was ‘strange’ and not how it should taste. No disabled parking and car park not big enough. Staff very friendly.

A really tasty meal , a comfortable setting , staff are fab and always welcoming . Was only a little bit noisy as the football was on but we didn't mind Highly recommend
