Not a real restaurant. Only go for the comedy, eventually a little drink. They put us on a high table - which is an aberration - while there were plenty of actual tables with comfortable sitting which remained didn’t get anyone sitting for the 90min we were there. And yes, we had made a reservation and picked regular table. The playlist is very irritating as it shuffles from very accelerated dry techno to tacky pop songs, with some reggae in between. Also, the feature beer that they offer says a pint, but they bring you what os at most half a pint. The waiter never came back to check if we wanted anything else. This is just not a serious place to eat or drink or have a good time with someone. Feels like they have barely started operating and are trying to learn what it entails.

We did the prix fixe menu, and the food was good, and great value for three courses. However, the service was insanely slow. We had a 6 pm reservation before an 8 pm show. One hour and 15 min into our time there we had to find and remind our waiter that our mains had not arrived to the table yet. It was then a rush through the second and third courses. They said they’d reserve us seats in the theatre to allow us time, but then our waiter disappeared and we had to rush through the meal, and ask multiple other people about how we get to our seats, given that our waiter never came back to assist. It was a bit of a logistical mess that could have been easily avoided. If booking a reservation before the show; give yourself plenty of time, and stay on top of your waiter to ensure this doesn’t happen to you! :)

3/4 of the table was unhappy with the food. It was legitimately bad with a brutal price point. Cold pasta, macaroni and cheese without cheese, awful desserts.

We didn’t have a good experience and have been to the Brentwood before. The service was not well trained and had to follow up several times. We asked if we could add one or two sliders to an order and were told that the Chef is unwilling to make changes. We had to approach the manager to get our bill after our server was nowhere to be found. Some of the meals were really good (Smash Burger and Fries) but several of our party didn’t finish their meals because the dishes were not appetizing. After dinner there was more conversation about the dinner frustrations than there was about the Second City performance we just saw. If we go back for another show, we’ll just have drinks and fries and will have dinner somewhere else.

Had a great experience. Michael, the manager was super attentive which made our night great. Food was hot, drinks were cold. It was great.

Our server was wonderful, attentive and very friendly, we felt very welcomed. Food was delicious and at amazing price point. We will be back!

Loved the view by the window. Was nice and quiet to as a table we were able to really enjoy each others company. Like the happy hour option! Service started a little slow as it was busy but overall our server was great!! She was so friendly, nice, and smiled! She was accommodating. When we were running out of time she said she would bring our dessert to our show table!!, she was awesome.

The service was great. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The food was okay but not what we expected from an Oliver & Bonacini operated restaurant. I would go back for pre-show drinks but probably skip dinner.
