Elegantly situated on a charming balcony overlooking the restaurant, our private dining room serves as the quintessential backdrop for hosting large parties, intimate gatherings, and momentous occasions. Accommodating up to 16 guests, it strikes the perfect balance between intimacy and vibrancy, and to ensure a unique experience to you and your guests, we have four different set menus for you to choose from. Available for any sort of celebration, our private dining room doesn't come with any hiring fee but just a minimum spend to reach during the night that can vary from £1,300 to £2,000.

Disappointing. Clearly disconnected in the kitchen which are waiter blamed on us wanting the meat cooked through - no steak take 60 minutes to cook it comes out pink the middle. They had the audacity to leave the 14.5% service charge, which we politely left on the bill, but won’t be back. Though it’s very pretty, food is too similar to the other restaurants at a lowest price for that kind of experience.

Unfortunately the restaurant was dead empty at 2 PM which was fairly disappointing. I would've liked a bit more of a buzz for a saturday afternoon in such a beautiful location. Service was very friendly but given the total lack of patrons (we were literally the only table), it did edge a bit towards excessive attention with constant interruptions. The food was great. I'd go back but perhaps in the evening time only.

Beautiful restaurant, great service and fantastic food. Veal Marsala, sea bass, and pasta with black truffles were excellent. Chianti was great.

Delicious Italian food eschewing the obvious, but pasta was too al dente for my liking. The sauces however were excellent and unusual, Seabass and saffron, and the artichoke with parmesan mousse sensational. Beautiful space very charming waiters, the only real problem was the price was incredibly steep!

One of the most beautiful restaurants in London with a stunning atmosphere. The food ranged from very good to excellent but the portion sizes and level of service did not quite match up with the price. We didn't realise that a 14.5% service charge was included on the bill until after we left, which we felt was off market and not reflective of the level of service provided. A bit disappointing as this is otherwise a gorgeous restaurant to celebrate special occasions.

Good food, average service. Had kingfish carpaccio, oysters & tuna tartare to start. Veal & turbot for mains. Tiramisu for dessert. Cocktails, wine and digestif for drinks. Superb food but service was poor; rushing to take order, wine glasses empty often. Felt unwelcome (because it was a 9pm start on Tuesday?). The server who brought the dishes was however courteous and professional. Dress code: “business casual” but casual would’ve sufficed based on other diners.

Our first time at this iconic restaurant in Holland Park with excellent food albeit, even by London standards, expensive for what it is. Service a bit offhand at times as if the waiters felt we should be grateful for their presence rather than the other way around.
