Coppa-Dry cured capiocolla, is a boneless pork shoulder that is hand rubbed with spices and dry cured for months. Coppa is similiar in texture to prosciutto and should be sliced as thinly as possible to capture it's true tenderness. It has a rich earthy flavor. Bresola- Air -dried, salted beef that has been aged two or three months until it becomes hard and turns a dark red, almost purple color. It is made from top (inside) round, and it is lean and tender, with a sweet, musty smell. It originated in Valtellina, a variety of the Alps of Northern Italy's Lombardy region. Food was very good. Atmosphere of the space is very nice. Server was attentive and professional, but maybe a little too formal and rehearsed for our liking. Not very friendly.

The food and the service was great. But the little things made a big difference. My wife and I enjoyed the well-prepared dinners. The portions were generous and the service was prompt. The waitress had no issue substituting green beans for broccoli on my order, When time for dessert, the waitress remembered we were celebrating my wife's birthday bringing a lit candle atop of her dessert cake. We will definitely go back.

Dining at the Beaumont when we are in town is always a pleasure. The staff members are always so kind and patient with our orders. This is especially helpful for our senior family members, who sometimes require extra assistance. The food is always excellent!

I was hoping to get a blown away however the waiter we had already set the tone one I was seated. The difference between Him and the other waiter there was like night and day. My waiter was impatient with us, didn’t smile at all, and was a bit rude. The way the other tables were being treated who had the better waiter was amazing. He gave his name to his tables, offered bread and butter, talked to them about the menus etc. My waiter just was like first time here, I said yes and this menu of fine and this is the food. II felt like he was annoyed and heard him say he was going home while walking away from it table after something was asked and giving hand gestures to the table manager at the front of the restaurant shaking his head. My food was over cooked and salty, I had to send it back. But after sitting through a meh experience I was pass ready to go.

My husband, father and I had dinner on Labor Day. As it was a holiday it was not crowded at all. We ordered the scallops, Mahi Mahi and salmon dishes. All 3 were superb. This was our third time eating here and each meal has not disappointed us. Delicious!

Food was amazing. Because the space is small the bar area was very loud. Our server seemed to just be going through the motions. Could’ve been friendlier. Never smiled once. (Mel) otherwise everything was good.

The experience was very good for the most part. We were happy with the food, nothing like a traditional steakhouse, but the local cuts of meat and inclusive sides made it value-oriented. The disappointing part of the experience was the lack of detail in the reservation notes. We were celebrating an anniversary and they made no mention of it by any of the staff members or did anything special with the dessert. Overall a good neighborhood spot, but if you want to feel pampered and special head to Capital Grille or comparable high-end steakhouse.
