Coppa-Dry cured capiocolla, is a boneless pork shoulder that is hand rubbed with spices and dry cured for months. Coppa is similiar in texture to prosciutto and should be sliced as thinly as possible to capture it's true tenderness. It has a rich earthy flavor. Bresola- Air -dried, salted beef that has been aged two or three months until it becomes hard and turns a dark red, almost purple color. It is made from top (inside) round, and it is lean and tender, with a sweet, musty smell. It originated in Valtellina, a variety of the Alps of Northern Italy's Lombardy region. Best Cream of Crab soup that I've ever had. Everything was amazing from the cocktails to the appetizer, entree and dessert. Great ambiance and service as well.

We recently moved to the area and were happy to find this local restaurant in the historic district. It is very cozy and has a relaxed but elegant atmosphere. Noise level was low, which was nice. The food and service was excellent. The fried green tomato appetizer was delicious as was the lobster tail! Drinks and wine choices were excellent. Our server was very personable and helpful. We will definitely come back!

One of our favorite local spots! Service is always perfect and food and drinks are terrific. Had the teriyaki salmon with pineapple fried rice-yummy and husband had the duck breast with mango salsa over coconut rice! We go quite often so our server remembered our drink preferences, which is always a nice touch. Such a great place nearby for an elevated meal.

The goat cheese and arugula salad was nice. It had 2 nice sized fried goat cheese balls, some green apple and red onion and the vinaigrette was very nice, however, I think it could have used a bit more of the apple and maybe some nuts added to it. My friend enjoyed her shrimp salad wrap as well as the sautéed asparagus. It was very much not crowded, but it was Friday, July 5th. Yes, I would go back.

I loved the Beaumont from my first time, I have been a total of 3 times. My last 2 times were not pleasant. I was hoping for a better experience this time and it wasn’t. I got the oysters rockefeller and they were burnt and terrible. I also got the wedge salad which had too much dressing, it was soo wet. My date and I ordered the exact same meal and his portions were noticeably bigger and NOT burnt. I did not address it because the kitchen sent it out that way, so clearly they didn’t see an issue but definitely should have. I will not be visiting for awhile based on my last 2 unpleasant experiences. I loved them initially but I guess first impressions are best, the last 2 times were bad.

What a great place for a group of friends to gather for brunch! We've come here both Saturday and Sunday mornings to eat a delicious, affordable meal. There is a Farmer's Market right around the corner on Sundays from 9-12. We do our shopping and then head on over to The Beaumont. Mmmm, good!
