Coppa-Dry cured capiocolla, is a boneless pork shoulder that is hand rubbed with spices and dry cured for months. Coppa is similiar in texture to prosciutto and should be sliced as thinly as possible to capture it's true tenderness. It has a rich earthy flavor. Bresola- Air -dried, salted beef that has been aged two or three months until it becomes hard and turns a dark red, almost purple color. It is made from top (inside) round, and it is lean and tender, with a sweet, musty smell. It originated in Valtellina, a variety of the Alps of Northern Italy's Lombardy region. First time dining here with our ladies lunch group. Our appetizers of the fried green tomatoes and deviled eggs were beautifully plated and delicious! I chose the Beaumont burger- but swapped out the cheese to be a goat cheese medallion instead. It was absolutely delicious and quite a mouthful- requiring me to cut it in half to handle it. I opted for a side of the brussel sprouts instead of fries and what a tasty pile I got! They were done and seasoned perfectly. Our server was friendly, polite, professional, and attentive to accommodating our questions and needs without being overly intrusive. The experience did not disappoint.

We enjoyed our meal the waitress was not on point (SB) We witnessed the other waiters explaining the menu but our waitress was very nonchalant. Luckily we have been here before so we knew what we wanted.

Food was very good. Atmosphere of the space is very nice. Server was attentive and professional, but maybe a little too formal and rehearsed for our liking. Not very friendly.

The food and the service was great. But the little things made a big difference. My wife and I enjoyed the well-prepared dinners. The portions were generous and the service was prompt. The waitress had no issue substituting green beans for broccoli on my order, When time for dessert, the waitress remembered we were celebrating my wife's birthday bringing a lit candle atop of her dessert cake. We will definitely go back.

Dining at the Beaumont when we are in town is always a pleasure. The staff members are always so kind and patient with our orders. This is especially helpful for our senior family members, who sometimes require extra assistance. The food is always excellent!
