Coppa-Dry cured capiocolla, is a boneless pork shoulder that is hand rubbed with spices and dry cured for months. Coppa is similiar in texture to prosciutto and should be sliced as thinly as possible to capture it's true tenderness. It has a rich earthy flavor. Bresola- Air -dried, salted beef that has been aged two or three months until it becomes hard and turns a dark red, almost purple color. It is made from top (inside) round, and it is lean and tender, with a sweet, musty smell. It originated in Valtellina, a variety of the Alps of Northern Italy's Lombardy region. My husband, father and I had dinner on Labor Day. As it was a holiday it was not crowded at all. We ordered the scallops, Mahi Mahi and salmon dishes. All 3 were superb. This was our third time eating here and each meal has not disappointed us. Delicious!

Food was amazing. Because the space is small the bar area was very loud. Our server seemed to just be going through the motions. Could’ve been friendlier. Never smiled once. (Mel) otherwise everything was good.

The Beaumont is a favorite dining spot. It never disappoints and makes me look forward to our next visit..Food delicious, service excellent..

The experience was very good for the most part. We were happy with the food, nothing like a traditional steakhouse, but the local cuts of meat and inclusive sides made it value-oriented. The disappointing part of the experience was the lack of detail in the reservation notes. We were celebrating an anniversary and they made no mention of it by any of the staff members or did anything special with the dessert. Overall a good neighborhood spot, but if you want to feel pampered and special head to Capital Grille or comparable high-end steakhouse.

I gave a 4* rating only because everything that we saw and wanted on the on-line menu was not available. We were told the menu had changed 1 week ago. So I asked, well thin why wasn’t the new Menu not posted on line. No answer for that but the food we did order from the Hand-out menu was delicious. Fresh and tasteful. Btw- we chose this venue to celebrate a couples Wedding 47 and 56 Wedding Anniversary.

Lamb chops were great, rockfish was good, and pistachio cake was great. Nice, vibe, clean and small dining area. Staff was great.
