Tickets to View Boston are required to access The Beacon. Guests are encouraged to book a prepaid experience, which includes a priority admission ticket. Please note, if you have booked an a la carte reservation, you will need to purchase an admission ticket to go up.
Please also be aware that the time of your reservation is the time to be at the restaurant, but you may enter View Boston at any point before the time of your reservation!

Should’ve known the spirit free meant no booze, but then again why would I pay after taxes and fees $94 each if it didn’t include an alcoholic beverage , or better yet why would I pay that for a soda app and a sandwich and a skyline view?

The packages were simply not worth it. We were extremely rushed to order our dessert after we paid a lot of money for the celebration package. I’d suggest if you are going to allow a reservation at 8pm you shouldn’t rush people

Absolutely awesome experience. Love the food the service was top notch. Love to go there again. Beautiful view of Boston.

The food was reasonably good. The service excellent. The view fantastic! As a local, we were disappointed that we had to pay to go to the viewing areas ($23 per person) just to go to the restaurant. We chose a package deal thinking it would be less expensive, but it was actually about the same.

Wonderful venue with views of Boston. Food and drink menu has something for everyone. Service was outstanding with extra touches provided for our birthday celebrations. 🍪🎂

I had great expectations for my last dinner in Boston with my family but I’ve been disappointed! View is the only really great thing! Sofia our server was so nice and kind trying to satisfy our requests but she didn’t have the power to do it! Food quite poor quality: Caprese salad: it’s said with toasted bread…yes bread was in between bread (very very very crispy I’d say too much) and crackers! Salad came with only 2 thin slices and terribly COLD! Not very good to eat! Charcuterie Board: really poor quantity (just 2 small slices of Ham and 2 of Salami) and very cold, just taken out the fridge! Also Ham color was pale almost beige! Not very good to eat! But the worst thing has been the answer to our request to get few slices of bread like Caprese instead of crackers: the chef said NO because it’s not possibile to do this change! (Sofia asked the kitchen) Are you kidding me? For a couple of crispy ready -to -eat slices of bread you say no because probably your dishes are all ready since hours and you have counted the exactly number of slices of bread! Unacceptable for such a kind of restaurant you mean to be! I won’t go to eat there anymore

This is our place for our annual Anniversary celebration. Not only is the food incredibly good, the staff are extremely attentive and friendly, the view is terrific and the fact that the package includes ticket to the View on the top of the Prudential makes for a great evening to watch the sunset, have a perfect meal and be treated like royalty.
